The very kind owner explained his important work to us. Very interesting, even if it is a three hour drive from where we live, we already want to go back

However, we were a little disappointed that we were brought bread and fried dough balls without ordering, which were then included in the bill.
It would have been good if such dishes were warned in advance or offered as an option.
17/06/2025: We went there spontaneously in the evening and received very friendly service. The food was delicious, and everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating.

We had a wonderful time.
20/05/2025: A truly great restaurant. It's worth going here if you're in Pisa. The food is a blend of traditional cuisine, fine dining, and molecular cuisine—without being pretentious. You feel very comfortable. The prices are honestly too low for this quality. A real insider tip.

02/06/2025: Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at, with an excellent quality/price ratio. You can clearly feel that the cook has passion, creativity and talent. We celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary with a tasting menu consisting of 9 courses, obviously small, but when put together they are always filling. The appetizers are journeys into the world of new tastes. The service is kind and fast. As for wine, an excellent Moscato di Siracusa whose sweet note marries wonderfully with the flavors offered. Absolutely recommended.
12/04/2025: Excellent appetizer. The second course is good, but I would say that I would avoid the mixed salad (unless it is from the garden, with more imaginative salads!)... any other side dish would be preferable. Good wine and the dessert was also appreciable... The service was pleasant and courteous. Pleasant dinner.

We highly recommend it.
22/04/2025: Hi, I had lunch with friends at Easter, my considerations are:
1) Good dishes but limited in quantity;
2) You had to choose a minimum of 2 first courses otherwise they couldn't be ordered🥺;
3) We chose the fried Calamari and Shrimps, they only brought us the Calamari.
P.S. to fill ourselves up, we ate the Sicilian cannoli otherwise we would have to go to MC Donald😂
For me, not recommended.

26/08/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato per una decina di giorni in uno degli chalet dello stabilimento: lo abbiamo trovato ben pulito e con una buona dotazione di biancheria; più che accettabile la strumentazione della cucina, anche se abbiamo sentito un po' la mancanza di un forno a microonde o di altro tipo.
Il ristorante e il bar offrono cibi e bevande di buona qualità e varietà .
La spiaggia è ben curata. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile.
Il difetto maggiore: la mancanza di aria condizionata negli chalet che con il clima di oggi ci pare indispensabile. È vero che sono presenti dei buoni ventilatori, anche a soffitto, ma questo non ci pare sufficiente.
10/08/2024: Serata in compagnia di amiche…pizza buonissima…frittura mista abbondante e veramente buona…spadellata di pesce varia e con pesce fresco. Lo consiglio per trascorrere una serata divertente e accompagnata da musica in sottofondo
