First of all, the setting is magnificent; dining in the courtyard is pure bliss—beautiful, authentic, and full of flavor.
The menu itself is equally delightful.
Three daily specials featuring ultra-fresh ingredients, and then a selection of well-executed, flavorful, and superbly presented à la carte dishes.
The wine list is also excellent; the Sicilian rosé from Mount Etna is a pure marvel—fresh and perfectly crafted.
The only downside is that you need to book well in advance, but that's the price of success.

21/11/2025: Absolutely amazing! A real authentic place in the touristy Noto. Top notch lasagna and their house wines are definitely great with any type of dish you pick from the menu. Last but not least, if you're lucky, the owners brings out his guitar and plays you some real Sicilian tunes!!! Don't miss out on this gem

13/08/2026: Excellent food, excellent service, everything! The sardines in grapefruit sauce, the red pesto pasta, the mussel pasta, and the squid ink ravioli were spectacular! Highly recommended
12/08/2026: Very good food and truly fresh, high-quality fish. It's on the main street, so the location is also quite unique, and I'd say it justifies the price. We didn't really appreciate the wine by the glass, which, incidentally, cost €6 a glass and was served without anyone knowing what it was.

16/08/2026: A very negative experience. One of our dishes was completely forgotten, and we had to remind the staff that it was missing. When it finally arrived, it seemed hastily prepared and carelessly: it was even undercooked. The service was superficial, and the staff's attitude was disrespectful. We didn't feel welcome at all. We definitely won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place.

06/07/2025: Assolutamente da non prendere le linguine al gambero rosso. Ci siamo ritrovate con una pasta scarsa, con pochi gamberetti in stile surgelato che non avevano nulla a che vedere col gambero rosso di Mazara.

05/07/2025: Convinti delle recensioni piuttosto positive prenotiamo in questo ristorante che effettivamente è situato in posizione strategica e molto bella ma gli aspetti positivi finiscono qui! Servizio molto lento anche se presenti parecchie cameriere. Abbiamo dovuto attendere per avere l’acqua successivamente per avere il vino e le pietanze. Il primo è arrivato quando avevamo ancora i piatti dell’antipasto. Per quanto riguarda il cibo: abbastanza buono l’antipasto “di Ercole” mentre i primi assolutamente no. Le busiate allo scoglio erano brodose, il pesce volendo c’era ma cucinato così è uno spreco. Le busiate alle sarde molto forti di sapore, non le ho apprezzate. Prezzo direi non adeguato2 antipasti, 3 primi, mezzo litro di vino della casa 111 euro.

03/08/2025: Trovandoci in vacanza al Lido di Noto e sempre per la nostra curiosità di provare nuovi ristoranti, sabato 21/06/2025 con mia moglie abbiamo cenato al Ristorante Dammuso.
Locale veramente molto …. molto carino, situato nel centro storico di Noto. Fatti subito accomodare abbiamo ordinato come antipasto crostone con burrata e alici e sarde fritte, a seguire tonno in crosta e polpo ca cipuddata. Tutto veramente molto buono e cucinato a regola d’arte. Bravi. Da consigliare assolutamente.

15/08/2023: Abbiamo deciso di pranzare assaggiando 4 porzioni di sfizi siciliani presenti nel menu… 3 insalate di polipo (6€ cadauno) e una caponata (4€)
Esperienza pessima: porzioni ridicole e qualità molto bassa, il polipo era durissimo e la caponata sembrava una giardiniera un vasetto.
Non consiglio assolutamente!
