28/07/2024: Before our dinner at Al Garamond last Friday, we visited it twice, in 2018 and 2019. We have always been impressed with the ingenuity and quality of the food, and last Friday was as good and even better than the previous visits. Fine dining with a Sicilian twist. The hosts were gracious, friendly and informative. We also liked the humor and willingness to engage. It was a memorable and satisfying experience. We will be back, thank you.

28/08/2024: Ho portato la mia famiglia in questo ristorante dove ero già stata precedentemente. Cibo di qualità, ben presentato,ma soprattutto sapori particolari perfettamente combinati. Consiglio il mix Sushiliano di maki. Il piatto forte però è stato il pacchero pomodoro spuma di burrata e guanciale croccante davvero squisito. Il servizio è stato ottimo con personale gentile e professionale.
Lo consiglio assolutamente.

05/08/2024: Very pretty restaurant, impeccable service and very good cuisine. Just a downside on the presentation of the dishes which could be better given the prices charged. Nice wine list at affordable prices. Great discovery.
01/08/2024: Quiet environment, the owners Sabina and Franco are very friendly as are the waiters, the quality of the food is excellent, whatever you try.

13/08/2024: Ordered aperitifs with cutting boards. The aperitifs arrived immediately, for the cutting boards (3) the wait was long and the quantity was very small, considering the cost of €12 each.
11/08/2024: The best place in the Quadrilatero, I confirm my opinion, it is always the number one in the Quadrilatero. I confirm my opinion, go, you are never wrong. It has changed but for the better, the food is amazing, the staff is prepared and kind, but the real added value is Graziano, a excellent host super recommended

08/08/2024: Cena in famiglia, 4 persone. Cercavamo un locale in cui cenare e ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante per puro caso. Prezzi concorrenziali e qualità davvero alta. Porzioni abbondanti e varietà nel menù. Come antipasti abbiamo preso insalata di polipo e patate, e bruschette coi pomodori; come primi piatti spaghetti al ragù e maccheroni con il pomodoro fresco. Io invece ho optato per un secondo, scegliendo scaloppine al vino bianco con contorno di spinaci al burro. Ci ritorneremo.

16/08/2024: Wonderful location on Piazza Vittorio with Mole Antonelliana on the left and Gran Madre on the right.
Aperitif on August 15th with tourists and residents concentrated in the few places open.
Excellent drinks and super Tabisca with excellent ingredients and excellent dough.
Friendly, quick and courteous service.
The particularity of the holiday meant that there was no Sold Out and this contributed to the 5* rating.
I absolutely recommend booking, and if possible avoid the weekend where the service and cuisine situation is a little more approximate given the very high turnout on the weekend.

This helped us a lot
Nice place on the main square, we ate upstairs with air conditioning!
The servers were friendly and the food was very good.

08/08/2024: I travel for an hour when I can to feel, see the food that reminds me of childhood, of home and for this reason also willing to pay more than average, to overlook if everything is not perfect or if the service is not impeccable.. The important thing is that it remains a good feeling. However, it is unacceptable to charge a customer €5 for a glass of water with three.3 drops of anise. Very sorry for the lack of correctness
