19/01/2025: The raw materials used are of excellent quality and some dishes are excellent, while others have unfortunately disappointed our expectations. The wines offered are of a superior level, but some preparations were not up to par. The saffron wafer, too salty, and the homemade bread, raw inside, are examples of how a detail can compromise a dish. Some of them did not convince us, since the ingredients were not always well valued or in harmony with each other. For example, the giandujorto failed to fully express the flavor of the gianduia, resulting in it being disappointing. Furthermore, we were served raw croaker, which was charged at half price, but I think it would have been more elegant not to charge it at all. Overall, the experience could have been great, but was ruined due to excessive haste and poor service. Furthermore, daring in the kitchen can be a merit, but it is essential that the final result justifies such audacity.

02/02/2025: Beautiful place to dine with a very varied menu: Piedmontese cuisine, pizzas, excellent fish dishes, desserts with a special mention of the tiramisu revisited with pistachio. Beautiful wine list at reasonable prices. Map available in French, which is not so common here.

15/01/2025: Impeccable service, always very kind and precise. The food is the protagonist and the fish competes with that of the best restaurants in Italy: very fresh and cooked to perfection. The familiar (but professional!) environment makes you immediately feel at ease, but it's at the first forkful that you fall in love with the place. From the mixed fish appetizer to the spaghettoni with shellfish bisque, from the tuna tataki to the "Leonardo-style" fruit composition, all the dishes I tried during my numerous visits to this little gem were meticulous in detail and very tasty. Finally, a large selection of wines, which are expertly paired with the drink. I can only recommend it to anyone who appreciates good food and outstanding service. 10/10

28/12/2024: Mientras estábamos de vacaciones en familia en Turín, decidimos visitar este restaurante basado en las críticas brillantes, ¡y no nos decepcionó! Una fantástica fusión de sushi y platos de inspiración italiana, el menú ofreció una variedad que deleitó a todos en nuestra mesa. Cada plato que pedimos y compartimos fue un éxito, mostrando ingredientes frescos y sabores creativos. La selección de vinos fue igualmente impresionante, y la recomendación que recibimos se combinó perfectamente con nuestra comida. A pesar de que el restaurante estaba lleno, el servicio era excepcional - eficiente, amable y atento. Si eres un fanático del sushi y disfrutas de una mezcla de platos cocinados y fríos, este lugar es una visita obligada. Muy recomendable!

27/11/2024: The place is nice, but the service was a little disappointing, booked for 9.30pm and honestly arrived 10 minutes later, therefore late, we waited almost 20 minutes before sitting down, with the very disoriented staff wandering around for no reason. Nothing to say about good food, but in a place where with a couple of courses and two glasses of wine, you spend around 100 euros, please, I expect better. Thank you.

08/02/2025: Fresh and delicious dishes. Extremely friendly and punctual service. Very high quality of raw materials. Well above expectations. We are now regulars at the Toro pre-match.

07/01/2025: Hi, let me start by saying that I am a DOC native of Palermo! I'll tell you about my experience: finding myself in Turin with my family we decided to go here to this « Sicilian » place, you know the flavors of your own land are often missing!! we arrive in front of SOLE DI SICILIA, now it doesn't mean being racist, but would you imagine a Sicilian in a Chinese restaurant preparing sushi?!?!? Here I'll explain better, we enter SOLE DI SICILIA and we find ourselves in front of some Filipinos (nothing to say very kind people), a blow to the heart, I repeat I'm not racist but the impact is strong enough, don't find yourself in front of non-Sicilian people it's the TOP if you're looking for your kitchen! I conclude by saying that in the kitchen a very kind Syracusan but still with preparation methods different from our land! (e.g. fried calzone, béchamel, mozzarella and chopped ham, NO). We only appreciated the Mafaldina bread, prepared by him, not bad! I'm sorry to conclude that as a true Palermo native I won't go again!
