06/10/2025: In the province of LECCO, but you'll feel like you're in SICILY thanks to this elegant and welcoming restaurant, with dark wooden beamed ceilings and ceramic, fabric, and other typical Sicilian artwork. The wooden walls are lined with niches filled with bottles of wine, grappa, liqueurs, and bitters from various regions, and there's also a delightful fireplace. Celebrating a birthday with the family in this restaurant was a delight, both for the palate and the eyes. The service was attentive, fast, and courteous, with dishes from an excellent menu featuring high-quality delicacies served on traditional ceramic plates. The restaurant is accessed through a main door, and a small garden leads to the restaurant entrance. Ample parking is available. The restaurant is open for lunch and reservations are required! GO THERE....you'll be satisfied!

09/09/2025: Sicilian restaurant that prepares top-quality seafood dishes. A combination of perfectly balanced flavors and perfectly measured ingredients, resulting in a truly palatable experience. The grilled fish was perfect, not a single piece dry. The scallops were amazing! The restaurant is small and very welcoming, with LED touch lamps that cast a warm light, perfectly suited to the ambiance. While waiting for your order, they offered a truly delicious small appetizer. Even the bread was good. My only complaint is the cassata, as the sponge cake was a bit dry, and since it's been revisited, it didn't remind me of the cassata. The prices are a bit high, but I think at this level, you can't find much better.

The menu offers refined and well-balanced dishes, such as tuna tartare with citrus fruits, paccheri with swordfish and eggplant ragù, or Aeolian-style stuffed calamari. The freshest fish, delicate pairings, and meticulously presented dishes are the perfect accompaniment. The intimate and tranquil atmosphere is perfect for a romantic or special dinner. The service is attentive, professional, yet never intrusive. The wine list features an extensive Sicilian selection. Good value for the experience. Highly recommended!

14/11/2025: We came at 20:00 and the place was already closed there was person inside but we were ignored at the door closing time stating 22:00 and 23 on weekends.

13/09/2025: We tried several types of #arancini #arancina takeaway in #Milan One was #alla #norma, one with #ragù, another with ragù and peas, and then the one with ham. I have to say that the breading was excellent, it didn't come off, it was crunchy and not greasy, basically as it should be. The #rice was really good and cooked well. Unfortunately, I have to say that although the filling was good with quality ingredients, it was too little, in fact the amount of rice was disproportionate to the filling. Furthermore, the #arancini were all too small. The price is definitely high, €4.50 and €5 each. If it hadn't been for the 50% discount, it would have been very expensive. Good place, but prices are too high. I'm not saying we should lower the prices, but we need to increase the size and adjust the filling-to-rice ratio.

27/11/2025: I went for lunch on Saturday. It's located far from the city, surrounded by greenery, in a beautiful garden, near Linate. For a moment, I felt like I was far from Milan, in another era. In fact, the trattoria dates back to the 1400s, even mentioned by Manzoni in his "The Betrothed." As soon as I arrived, I immediately fell in love with its vintage/retro style. It has several rooms, one more intimate with a fireplace, the others larger and more spacious (also for ceremonies). The trattoria offers over 150 wines. The menu offers traditional Milanese and Sicilian dishes. I tried: Welcome arancini; Pumpkin and porcini mushroom tart with fresh cheese cream and mustard; Suckling pig in tuna sauce with our giardiniera and its sauce; Mondeghili pasta with butter and salsa verde; Saffron risotto and veal ossobuco in gremolada (2 people per person). Wine: Mombrione, with an intense aroma and a bold, full-bodied flavor. Dessert: Shortcrust pastry cake with seasonal fruit and cream. I had a wonderful time; excellent food, fast service, and a charming location. Average prices.

05/12/2025: Stumbled upon this hidden gem today and had a magnificent lunch. The Casoncelli all Bergamasca was amazing, the Orechiete con cima di rapa was delicious, and the verdura del giorno were simple and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is calm and elegant and the staff managed to be friendly and act so much less rushed than they were. We'll be back as the menu changes weekly.

04/11/2025: I'm really happy I came here to eat. The dishes are really good, the portions are super generous, and I recommend ordering a first course and sharing the appetizer with several people, because we were so full we didn't have dessert. Friendly staff, reasonable prices for the area: a first course, an appetizer shared by two, a beer, and a coffee are about €30 per person. I'll definitely be back.

27/10/2025: All these low reviews must have eaten at a different restaurant. Great food, atmosphere, and attentive staff. Came in last minute when they were booked up and they fit me in which was greatly appreciated.

24/10/2025: A surprising and very welcome find. They accommodated a group of 20 with no fuss and they all raved about the freshness and the flavours of the food. The simplicity and flavours of the bruschetta was a highlight.

26/10/2025: I came with my two best friends. The place is three minutes from the Basilica of Sant'Andrea. Speaking of the restaurant, from the outside it's very beautiful and welcoming, and inside it's cute. The service is excellent, the waiters are both kind and fast (the waiter is handsome and kind, I had to say that). Anyway, the food is excellent. I recommend you come.
