21/06/2026: Not only is the hotel absolutely beautiful with incredible amenities and fantastic food, drinks, and programs, but the staff is truly outstanding!! We got a flat tire on a Saturday with only a few hours before we needed to leave for the airport and Massimo and the entire desk staff went above and beyond to find a mechanic to come in site and fix it while we continued to enjoy our stay! I cannot recommend them enough

14/06/2026: This is not a good hotel for kids and honestly dirty and not worth the money, it’s SO expensive for an outdated and dirty hotel with an unheated pool, mediocre food, and aging furniture and grounds. For PARENTS: we checked in to our hotel room and the floors are slick, including in the shower, where my 7 year old daughter fell and hit her head. Over the next two days, my kids fell multiple times on the slick floors. I would also suspect there are mold in the hotel rooms. And there are no duvets - just scratchy blankets. Given the cost of this hotel, I would expect a way higher standard. We checked out early and I asked for my money back for the last night (almost $2,000), which they refused despite the unsafe accommodation for families. Until I requested my money back, the staff was kind, but the manager was unreasonable and rude. I also note the hotel is dirty - the “mini golf” is plastic and dirty, and the offerings on their website are not available. We booked a cooking class weeks before our arrival which was not available when we showed up. The pool and hot tub are not heated, and surrounded by dirty furniture. I would not recommend staying here - 3 star accommodations for 5 star prices. The area is lovely though - stay somewhere else. 10000000% not worth even half the cost of a nightly stay.

14/07/2026: Brilliant, aircon WiFi, and outstanding service. Music from 80s of course 👌 years. We went for dolce and they Were .... perfection on a spoon.

20/07/2026: I had dinner at Montiblu on July 18th with my sister and had a truly positive experience. The setting is meticulously designed, with a truly unique dining room that creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. I especially appreciated their organization: despite the emergency caused by the water shortage in Nuoro, they still managed to guarantee service, offering appetizers, main courses, and desserts without making the inconvenience felt by the customers. An excellent demonstration of professionalism. The food was all delicious, and the value for money is absolutely satisfactory. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant where they can eat well in a refined setting and with impeccable service.

04/06/2026: We stopped by for lunch while in Nuoro for work. We found the place very welcoming and the staff incredibly friendly. The food was truly excellent. I recommend it to anyone who can!

29/07/2026: A perfect 10 experience. The atmosphere is spectacular, with a beautiful and very pleasant setting to enjoy the food. Everything we tried was delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and very well prepared. But without a doubt, what made the difference was Simone's service. It's a pleasure to meet people who make the experience even better. Definitely a place we will return to and that we wholeheartedly recommend.

29/07/2026: Simone is a sweetheart; he's one of the staff members and made our dinner so enjoyable, funny, and special. The food was also very good, and the view was lovely. It's a very peaceful place. The service was quick and excellent.

21/07/2026: Marvellous good food served in a homely diner. Away from the busy restaurant strip. Trattoria Sa Merenda is a terrific seafood restaurant , you must make a Reservation in advance.

19/07/2026: Excellent experience. We ordered cured meats (the pecorino cream was excellent), Sardinian gnocchi with sausage and pecorino, and fregula of the day—all truly delicious. The waitress and chef were very kind.

10/08/2026: Sadly, this was a disappointment. We loved the atmosphere: felt like a family restaurant. The service was good. We arrived at around 19.30 and had to sit on the grass in stead of the terrace. There were hardly any other guests when we left. This was very strange. We ordered tuna carpaccio, which had very little taste and was a strange combination with cheese. The spaghetti was delicious, and so we're the hand cut fries. But dear chef, please learn how to cook a decent steak. It was tough, overcooked, and had no taste at all. We didn't want to offend the chef when we were there, but this could have been so much better. The waiter was extremely friendly and they really did try to make us feel welcome. But the main courses were not as expected. So 2/5 stars overall. I would definitely go here if you want a nice pasta and some wine. But skip the main courses. They're not worth it, sadly.

10/08/2026: Today I had the pleasure of celebrating a baptism at the "Su Ninnieri" restaurant, and I can only congratulate the entire staff! We ate truly deliciously, in a beautiful, welcoming, and well-kept setting. A special mention goes to the staff: extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. It may seem obvious, but unfortunately, today it's not at all, and it's one of those details that really makes a difference and makes you feel welcome! All the dishes were excellent, but I have to give a special compliment to the seadas, truly delicious! And for me, the benchmark is quite high... I can say I've finally eaten one that's almost as good as the ones my mom makes! A wonderful experience, both for the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Congratulations to everyone, we'll definitely be back!
