10/06/2025: For the environment I can't give more than 5 stars but it's fantastic because it's very particular, practically a museum! Among the best restaurants in the Borgo, it was highly recommended to me, even if you eat well A bit everywhere. The Borgo comes alive in the evening, basically very beautiful. A very typical thing are the caves under many places and Sangiovese, they tell me that it has the most beautiful caves, however, ask at the tourist office because there are guided tours that are worth it...

08/06/2025: Back yesterday evening after a while, we had dinner outside and I admit that everything went well, the reason for the 3 stars is because of the prices, exaggerating for what is offered, 115 euros for 1 first course, 2 second courses and a bottle of wine for 28 euros, on the menu you can find tagliatelle with ragù 16 euros, cockerel 24 euros, scottona 30 euros, shoulder of pork with herbs 25 euros, the raw material is of good quality but does not justify prices like these, also seeing in the appetizers crescioni with herbs, giardiniera respectively at 8 and 9 euros I think is not the best since I find a crescione in any piadineria in Romagna for half the price, in conclusion I do not think I will return because, even if I ate well, with 35 euros per person you can eat well and much more abundantly in several agritourisms scattered throughout Romagna.

18/05/2025: Wonderful experience! Delicious and studied food, each dish was thought and created with wisdom and love. The service is no exception, the kindness of the staff is unmatched. Finally the atmosphere, soft, special. We cannot fail to be satisfied. We will return soon!

18/05/2025: I admit that I have dined other times with impeccable service and food quality, unfortunately this evening it was not repeated. Two appetizers, one of which was their flagship dish, already finished at 9:30 pm, but above all the attitude of the waiter who was not very proactive and attentive to service. Furthermore, after finishing the main course we waited 40 minutes because according to the waiter "he didn't have the courage" to come and tell us that the desserts were also finished... I can understand the unexpected, but this is not the way to treat customers and manage inefficiencies.

27/05/2025: Amazing service and delicious food. I spent the evening of my birthday at this restaurant and not only was the food incredible but the service was impeccable too. I would highly recommend it. We sat on the terrace outside and it was lovely.

22/05/2025: Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the change of management, the place and the experience are absolutely not like they used to be. Portions halved (a casserole dish for 3 people when the other tables were brought the same amount for two people), very long waits even when the place was emptying and above all little attention to service and hospitality. We had to specifically ask for the piadina, which is included in the menu, we spent thirty minutes with the pile of empty plates without anyone coming to take them and consequently we were not even offered a coffee or a digestive. A real shame.

11/05/2025: New management. Maybe it needs to break in a bit. Entered at 8pm, still few customers. We order 3 crostini and 3 first courses (two cappellacci and 1 ravioli with walnuts). At 8.40pm we were still waiting for the first ones. At 8.42pm the two cappellacci arrive. "The ravioli arrives immediately." 8.52pm, having divided and finished the cappellacci, we ask for some ravioli. "But it doesn't appear that you ordered anything else." In the end they bring them to us quickly, but 1 hour to eat in turns, no matter how good the first ones were, maybe not. We'll probably wait a while before going back.
