27/12/2024: Tried it with a promotion for the first time. It is a place located in a very particular position, the Cervia salt pan, certainly best visible during sunset. In any case, a short road from the main road leads to this restaurant which has a small sales point at the entrance, relating to the surrounding environment to enhance the salt, in fact. It is graceful in structure and quite new, the tables well apart, privacy and modest background noise. At the table you are greeted by a small entree of fried gnocco and mortadella, an Emilian and partly Romagna symbol. In the bread basket, focaccia and piadina to support the foodstuffs. The first courses we tasted were a porcini and blueberry risotto and a tagliolini with white seafood, rich in clams, both of which we enjoyed. For the second course, a beautiful composition of gratin shellfish and fried fish which I generally compare with preparations that can be replicated elsewhere. While the gratins were in plain sight and eye-catching, the frying, despite being very abundant and varied, was a little too dark and this is a defect that is usually found with a slightly exploited oil, however still being pleasant, but not at the top. Side dish, mixed salad and gratin vegetables, plentiful and good. Final greetings with trifle on a stick and espresso coffee, for a bill slightly higher than average, but it must be said, in a particular context for which it must be taken into account. Obviously with the promo, low. The service was always prompt and friendly. The large and functional bathroom is also suitable for disabled people. It can be recommended for a pleasant stop which in summer will certainly give the best and added value.

23/11/2024: We found this restaurant thanks to the fork. A little hidden in the Cervia salt pans, but suggestive. You eat very well and you spend the right amount. We should return in the summer to definitely enjoy a more beautiful view with the flamingos. Optimal.

11/11/2024: Ci siamo stai domenica sera e devo dire che è stato fantastico. Il locale è molto bello e diviso in di verse sale. Cappelletti perfetti, sotto ogni punto di vista. I migliori che abbia mai mangiato. Anche la carne era superlativa.

10/11/2024: Non andavo alle ghiaine da anni, mi piaceva molto andarci e sono tornato con la famiglia ma oggi è andata molto male…servizio lentissimo siamo entrati alle 13:30 e siamo usciti dopo le 15:30 prendendo solo 1 primo a testa e tra il primo primo che è arrivato e l’ultimo primo sono passati più di 15 minuti, arrivavano 2/3 piatti alla volta quindi si mangiava in 2/3 ala volta e non ti insieme e la porzione è poco più che un assaggio inoltre abbiamo trovato tutti le pietanze molto salate…prezzo altissimo considerando le porzioni…il locale è un po’ buio e rumoroso…
