12/10/2025: Recommended to this place by a friend of ours who live in Milan, turned out to be the best dinner we had in the city. This small Pugliese restaurant has everything a perfect restaurant has to offer, amazing food, great non pretentious atmosphere, great wine and friendly staff and owner. We had both grilled seafood, Melanzane, Scallopini di Porcini—and they were to die for. The fava beans and spinach side was unexpectedly delicious—and arguably the star of the meal. I almost don’t want to give them this good review because im afraid i will ruin this gem with crowd! But definitely going to back whenever we’re in Milan! 🫶🏼
30/09/2025: I've been frequenting this trattoria for over 30 years now, and the food has never failed. The food is always excellent, with home-made quality for all the delicacies of Apulian cuisine. Franco is a friendly and attentive host, so much so that even foreign customers appreciate him despite not speaking a word of English... a sign he knows his stuff!

25/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered fried artichokes, lobster gnocchi, a Milanese cutlet, and a dessert. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. The atmosphere is informal, and the staff is attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!
25/09/2025: The appetizers were excellent. The first course was good, but not as good as the appetizer. The bill was just a little expensive.

17/10/2025: It was my first time there, and I had high expectations, as I'd been wanting to go for a while, and as a true Apulian, my curiosity was growing. I must say I was completely impressed. My orecchiette were truly exquisite. The friendliness, service, and atmosphere made me feel right at home. And the food...perfection. Thank you so much. See you soon.

Sliced horsemeat served on a metal tray (?!), literally buried in arugula and cherry tomatoes. The steak was perhaps 2 mm thick and cooked in the center but raw on the edges. Served on a metal tray, it inevitably arrived cold at the table.
I think the ingredients were good (as were the other dishes served to us), but the cooking and plating left much to be desired.
The staff could also be more present at the tables (I don't mean intrusive) to try to respond to customer needs (after three minutes of no one being seen, I got up to get the salt. Three minutes with a dish in front of me that had already arrived cold is quite a long time).
I promise myself I'll return to give it a second chance.

03/10/2025: Rustic and informal atmosphere, the staff makes you feel at home. We were undecided between several dishes, and they offered us half portions so we could try a little bit of everything, which we greatly appreciated. Plus, even the half portions were very generous. The orecchiette with horse meat ragù and the meatballs with tomato sauce are highly recommended. The prices are more than fair.

Pleasant service, cozy atmosphere, not too noisy.

12/10/2025: It's the first time I've sat down at a Puglia restaurant in Milan and tasted a dish that reminds me of one my grandmother used to make.
The quality of the ingredients is excellent and you can taste it, and when you try these dishes, you truly feel at home.
The first courses are highly recommended, with meat and vegetables that are truly flavorful.
The waiters are very friendly, and despite the restaurant being always busy, they make jokes and know how to manage their customers well.
The prices are a bit higher but in line with Milanese prices. I'm still happy to pay for quality dishes, because often in the city center you pay very high prices for poor quality dishes that pass off as a gourmet experience.
As someone who comes from a Puglian family, I highly recommend this place if you want to relive your roots or learn more about Puglia's culinary culture!
12/10/2025: Generous dishes. Southern-style... I recommend it to anyone who loves Apulian cuisine.

21/09/2025: Extremely low-quality aperitif. €17.50 each for a platter and a beer (there were three of us).
We noticed that a pizza had been eaten previously.
When we asked the staff about it, we were not only forced to believe that the aperitif pizzas weren't recycled, but also treated as if we were trying to run away without paying.
Milan is full of aperitifs.
I recommend the first bar next door.
20/09/2025: The platter is incredibly expensive, and it's made with very low-quality ingredients, as if the pizzas had been cooked days earlier. I absolutely do not recommend it. The staff are friendly, but don't go for an aperitif here.

12/10/2025: I went to dinner for the first time during the week with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The quality of the food was very high, combined with precise and attentive service and the friendliness of all the staff. The location is original and I will definitely be back soon.
09/10/2025: Both the lighting and use of space within the dining area are excellently thought about at Altrimenti.
The food is what you would expect of local lombardian fare, cooked to perfection.
The staff are shrewdly attentive, particularly the sommelier, who recommended us am exquisite, local orange wine.
Great vibe in there. Highly recommend.

27/07/2025: I've been calling for two days, no one's answering. I wanted to have Sunday lunch with friends, but it was closed, not even a sign saying it was closed for vacation or any other reason. Truly terrible attitude. (Note the owner's response, who, despite being completely in the wrong, instead of apologizing for not updating the opening and closing hours on Google or De Fork, not even putting up a closed sign, calls me a pain in the ass, because it's my fault for not having a crystal ball and not realizing they were closed!? But it's the comedy of the absurd. These days people use Google Maps or the De Fork app, and there it said you were open. I showed up in person to find out it was closed!) You have no respect for your customers. That's the truth. And then you're not humble enough to accept it, and apologizing only makes the situation worse. Obviously, I will never try to dine at your place again. Terrible, terrible attitude.

Everything we ate was excellent, and the guy who served us was also fantastic!! We'll definitely be back.

27/09/2025: It's a shame because the place is nice and the food is good. It's a shame about the service. The foreigner wasn't up to par for the job; he was rude, rude, and unprepared. The second one arrived 45 minutes later during a business lunch. They didn't apologize and didn't do anything to fix it. It's a shame. The lunch was also expensive for no good reason.
