I have been to Scherzi a Parte five times in different seasons, from spring to summer, and I can say with absolute certainty that each experience has been extraordinary. The menu is a continuous surprise, never fixed, with proposals that vary according to the season and the fresh ingredients of the day. The starter is a classic of the area, well executed and always satisfying, but where this osteria really shines are the first and second courses. I highly recommend opting for a truffle-based first course, very fresh and of unparalleled quality, or for the delicious pumpkin first courses when available: truly unforgettable! For the second courses, any choice will be the right one, but the ribs deserve a special mention, among the best I have ever tasted. The service is impeccable, with the owner himself taking orders and always offering wise advice, adapting with grace and competence to the needs of each table. The price is slightly higher than the average of the taverns in the area, but every euro spent is worth the extraordinary quality of the dishes served, a balance that is increasingly rare to find. Scherzi a Parte is an obligatory stop for anyone who is in the area of ​​Sarnano or for a trip out of town.
