19/05/2025: We went to the Bed & Breakfast Lo Smeraldo Restaurant in Cingoli (MC) for a family Sunday, and I can say with certainty that it was a very pleasant gastronomic experience. The typical Marche crescia was simply the best I have ever tasted: fragrant, tasty, perfect to accompany with cured meats, also of excellent quality. I highly recommend taking the complete appetizer: it is very rich, with many different courses, all tasty and prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients. The first courses and meat are no exception: authentic flavors and generous portions. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff, and the welcome made us feel at home right away. Average prices, more than justified by the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. In conclusion, a perfect family Sunday in a place we will definitely return to.

25/05/2025: Antipasti: Taglieri con afettato e crescia molto buoni + olive con giardiniera, frittata con verdure, trippa e verdure gratinate senza nessun difetto. 4 primi saporiti : ravioli alla norcina, gnocchi al ragù di anatra, tagliatelle al ragù e tagliatelle con i funghi. Tutti molto buoni. Prezzo molto contenuto. Provatelo non ve ne pentirete.
