16/11/2025: The worst restaurant I've ever been to. I'm used to high-end establishments in Paris and many other cities, and I was very disappointed: the service was awful, they completely ruined my birthday, my week, my month, and my life. The pasta was terrible, the waiter was incredibly rude, and the atmosphere was dreadful. Maybe they think they're celebrities, but it's certainly not justified. We waited an hour for the menu, then another thirty minutes before being asked what we wanted to drink, and then another hour to be served. They even ended up charging us for a dish we hadn't ordered. I was truly, truly disappointed. The table we were seated at was awful; we were told it was the best table, which it wasn't.

16/11/2025: We came to Milan to celebrate a birthday, having flown in all the way from Paris. Accustomed to frequenting the best Parisian restaurants, with impeccable service for the prices charged, we naturally expected the same level of experience here. What a disappointment! We waited over an hour before being served. They even tried to charge us for several cocktails we hadn't ordered. Upon arrival, our reserved table wasn't honored: we were seated far from our original spot, under the pretense that it was "the best seat," when in fact it was right next to the kitchen entrance. The worst part: they added another table out of nowhere to seat two other people practically glued to us. The waiters were visibly annoyed, almost rude, with every request. The pasta served was a ridiculously small portion and, most importantly, completely undercooked. We know perfectly well what al dente pasta should be: this was simply raw, inedible. In the end, we paid a fortune for service and food quality that were absolutely subpar. A disgrace. Luckily, the atmosphere and music were good; that's the only positive point…
