05/04/2024: What a good surprise! A traditional restaurant, with well served and tasty dishes. The service was super friendly, they even changed a dish that I forgot to ask for the vegetarian option.
04/04/2024: Here you can get home-style cooking and portions that will fill you up, at more than fair prices. For me, a visit is an absolute must for every stay in South Tyrol.
The restaurant is also well visited by locals and not just tourists.

01/02/2024: carne cruda e tagliata male mette l’ hamburger era letteralmente crudo mentre gli ingredienti erano precotti e il bere era disgustoso
31/01/2024: Sono Bolzanino, conosco Hopfen da sempre. La qualità negli ultimi 5 anni è caduta ai minimi storici. La birra è buona per carità, il locale intrigante ma il mangiare lascia molto a desiderare. Forse ai turisti può sembrare buono ma parliamo di cibo precotto, tutto industriale e di qualità discutibile. Oggi ho preso uno stinco, insapore e crudo. I crauti sembravano vecchi di giorni. Mi limiterò ad una birra ogni tanto

15/01/2024: Aspettative deluse. Siamo stati a cena con la famiglia, abbiamo prenotato ma comunque il locale affollatissimo.
Il cibo abbondante ma di scarsa qualità. Era servito in padelle di ferro, quindi bello esteticamente ma freddo. Abbiamo ricevuto lordi la ordinazione in brevissimo tempo, è già xche era già tutto precotto e solo riscaldato.
09/01/2024: Ampissima scelta di birre e cibo tipico altoatesino! Consiglio i canederli pressati al burro, non avevo mai provato questa variante :)
