15/02/2025: Considering the waiting time, I assumed that they had gone to catch the fish on the spot and that the vegetables had just been grown. The waiter seemed to be drowning in the chaos: he asked us many times if the dishes had arrived and we promptly told him that nothing had arrived. This all went on for about 2 hours. Our dishes were served....but at other tables (for example the table next to us passed our order to us). By now it was 11.30pm, after 10 dishes out of 25 had arrived, we decided to leave. We will definitely not be returning. It's a shame because until recently it was a nice place.

09/02/2025: I've been coming to eat here for years, I've never had any problems but tonight something happened that shouldn't have happened. We entered and before anyone came to ask us if we wanted something to drink we had to call ourselves to get the menu and the paper to write on, we waited an hour before starting to eat, there wasn't even that many people, the waiters were talking to each other and even if they looked at us they didn't do anything (I hope that was the reason why ravioli that I usually can't eat because they're too hot arrived cold) they only took dirty dishes from us once, because we told them to take them, after that time they left all our plates on the table, but we didn't even have time to get up before they cleaned everything, it took them like 2 seconds. They brought us 20 grilled ravioli when we wanted 2 steamed and two grilled portions. 2 portions of grilled ravioli which were 13 pieces instead of 6, all 13 cold. We ate out of respect. We sent another 7 pieces back because they had to be steamed, the waiter who went to the kitchen to say that the dish was wrong, told us that the chefs told him that the golden ones are steamed. When we all know that something steamed isn't golden brown. After the third time the usual dish arrived we were a little disappointed, the last gem was when they brought me the beef with potatoes, but the potatoes were raw... this time I couldn't eat out of respect, I put them aside but the waiter didn't want to take the plate because I hadn't eaten. I left disappointed, not even an apology from anyone, even though we said we didn't like these things. Next time I'll go the other way. Thank you
