19/09/2025: Authentic hot pot! I went with a Chinese friend, and it's truly traditional. Lots of broths and ingredients to choose from, fun and convenient. Be careful if you're not used to spicy food!

18/09/2025: We ordered stir-fries and fried food. Every dish was consistently bad. Basic dishes like the fish-flavored shredded pork were just average and very salty. We each took a bite of the fried tofu and left it all. The fried lotus root skewers were just cumin-flavored and limp. All the dishes were very salty. I was so unhappy with my meal that I went next door to get fried chicken.

20/11/2025: A delicious Chinese restaurant. One of the few remaining with super affordable prices. The dishes are all very tasty and well-executed. For a place in the heart of Florence's historic center, it maintains its authenticity and courtesy. The staff is always friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere could definitely be improved; it's a bit dated, but it still has that old-school Chinese restaurant vibe that's not a bad thing. I highly recommend it for a truly pleasant experience and excellent Chinese cuisine.

19/11/2025: I went in as soon as it opened at 17:30. The fried rice and mapo tofu are the best combination.. really the best combination.. I wanted to order wontons but they said it wasn't possible, so I ordered shrimp soup, but it was just okay. (There was even a hair in it.) However, the seafood stir-fried noodles, fried rice, and mapo tofu were really delicious. Looking at the pictures makes me want to eat it again ㅠㅠ If you miss Asian food, come visit us sometime!

17/10/2025: I returned to Sushi King after a long time away, and I must say the experience was completely different from the past. The restaurant has improved significantly and now offers a decidedly higher standard. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, and well-kept, and the staff is very courteous and cheerful, which contributes to a relaxed atmosphere. The presentation of the dishes has also become a real strength: each course is served on elegant ceramic plates, and the visual appeal is meticulously crafted, with pleasing colors and shapes that entice you to try them. The portions are generous, and the nigiri are a satisfying size. I also really appreciated the choice of serving some rolls in four pieces, a clever formula that allows you to enjoy a wider variety of dishes without feeling heavy. The miso soup, served in a beautiful ceramic bowl with a matching spoon, was another very positive note. The only thing that didn't entirely convince me was the spicy sauce used in the spicy rolls: the flavor is rather bland and lacks the liveliness one would expect from a spicy dish. A touch of Tabasco would be enough to give it more depth and character, creating a perfect balance between acidity and heat, transforming a good dish into a truly memorable one. An important detail to note is that the price of the all-you-can-eat menu (€17.90 on weekends) includes a cover charge, something far from obvious and worth appreciating. Overall, Sushi King is now a pleasant and well-run restaurant, where you eat well and leave satisfied. It's definitely a place I'll gladly return to.

29/09/2025: Got the classic lanzhou noodles after endless Italian food on our trip and it was so good. The noodles were perfectly cooked, spice was great and delicious broth. Kind management and food came out very fast. Definitely recommend this place!

03/10/2025: Exactly what we needed when we were craving some good fried rice in Florence. We got the beef fried rice, string beans, and the sizzling beef. They all tasted delicious and hit the spot for chinese cravings.

15/09/2025: This can be the worst noodle soup I’ve ever tried. As a Chinese I’ve never expect to have spaghetti in watery soup base - I guess it’s a nightmare to Italian too. Also the soup base is pretty tasteless. Maybe others food would be better but this is what I had.

15/10/2025: The prices are affordable: rice for 1.5, stir-fried water spinach for 6, and three-flavor tofu for 6. It's hard to find such affordable Chinese restaurants in Italy. The owner is very warm and generous... 👍

11/10/2025: I've tried other Asian restaurants, but this one was the best. The owner was so friendly. I stayed in Siena for two days, and we went there both days. We ordered a lot of food between the two of us, and it came out to about 30 euros. The price was reasonable, and the portions were generous, which was great.

31/10/2025: These are the most delicious ravioli I've ever had. The girl who makes them by hand is so welcoming and always smiling. If you don't want to sit in a restaurant, get these ravioli and go eat at the Leaning Tower of Pisa: you'll get a beautiful view and delicious food. We had a mix, they're huge and inexpensive. Two servings cost 12 euros. The place itself is small and designed for takeout. There are tables and a bench outside.

28/08/2025: Super delicious, authentic restaurant in Florence. The food came quickly and was excellent, and the Aperol was good and inexpensive. The service was also very friendly. Prices are totally reasonable. We had sushi and then roasted duck (which I unfortunately don't have a photo of). We really enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

13/10/2025: We had dinner here last night, and I have to say I’ve visited many Asian restaurants all over Europe, but this was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had! The food was served nice and warm, full of rich and authentic flavors, with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re in the area definitely worth a visit!

15/10/2025: The best I've tried so far. The space is large but cleverly divided to avoid clutter and create an intimate atmosphere. I found some of the dishes I tried to be excellent compared to other places. Everyone was friendly, and the service was fast. I'll be back as soon as I can!

06/11/2025: Cheaper than a real Korean restaurant, twice the portions, and the staff are super friendly. This is truly the best restaurant. I asked twice or three times because of my allergies, and they even checked for other allergies. They were so kind. They checked on me every time I ate and smiled. Chinese people are even kinder than Koreans!!! And it's sooooooooooooo delicious. The meat is generous, the noodles are just the right thickness, and they're well-cooked. The broth is Korean, spicy, and delicious.

12/10/2025: I've always loved Chinese cuisine, and I've tried countless over the years, but this oriental art beats them all hands down! Excellent food, top-quality ingredients. The menu is varied, and they do a great job researching even the most traditional dishes, and it's a pleasure to try something new every time. Cristina and her team are always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
