02/03/2025: Unfortunately my experience at Milì was not the best. I had a reservation for the second shift, the one at 9.30pm, but I only managed to sit at the table at 10.30pm, after a wait of 60 minutes. I understand that it was Valentine's Day and the place was full, but a delay like that is hard to justify, especially with a reservation. Once seated, at least the dishes started arriving just before 11pm quite quickly. However, the main problem was that many of the dishes ordered never arrived, and considering that the price of the dinner was almost €30, I find it unacceptable to pay for an all-you-can-eat without being able to eat everything I asked for. The quality of the sushi was not excellent, but not terrible either: average, nothing memorable. The staff, despite the confusion, tried to remain calm and were always very kind. However, I encountered communication problems with some waiters, who unfortunately did not understand well what I was saying. I understand the difficulties of the Italian language, but I believe that those who work in catering should have at least a minimum understanding of the language in order to guarantee an efficient service. Overall, my experience was not positive, and I honestly don't think I will return.

22/02/2025: The place looks dirty and sad, in the bathroom you will find little black surprises crawling around and as in my case these could also end up on your plate of fried foods (dripping with oil among other things). However, the dishes are tasty and are served hot, so if you feel punk and want to remove the intestines from your prawns I recommend Felice. A commendation for the desserts and the ridiculously low prices but alas, take 3 hours because if you want a complete menu you won't go out first. They have the position.

I understand very well that there are many customers and that it is not easy to manage a very large amount of work in an equally large place but it is not nice to have to ask for the same thing 3 times receiving a prompt YES as an answer but without actual feedback. Leaving this aside, however, which we can really overlook as "professional" oversights, I could not overlook one thing: the order receipts LITERALLY soaked in the incoming dishes. The waiters bring the trays with the various dishes and to keep track of the tables they are intended for, they place them and/or immerse them in the food and then remove them by hand before serving at the table. I find this thing really ANTI-HYGIENIC and disgusting. I understand that it can help to immediately distinguish the PLATE for the TABLE but put them next to the plates, instead of INSIDE the food? Or bring fewer plates at a time? Sorry but I don't think I'll be back.
