Yasaka – High-end fusion sushi, an experience to repeat!
Dinner at Yasaka and I can confidently say it's one of the best fusion sushi I've ever had. The menu offers original yet balanced combinations, with the freshest ingredients and meticulously presented.
We tried several specialty rolls, all with creative and successful combinations. My favorite? The one with salmon, avocado, and a light citrus sauce – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The tuna carpaccio with truffle oil was also excellent, a perfect blend of East and West.
The restaurant is modern, with soft lighting and a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for a dinner with friends or a romantic evening. The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly, attentive, and available to recommend dishes.
Prices are in line with the quality offered.
If you're looking for a different sushi experience, Yasaka is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back! 🍣✨
28/08/2025: High-quality sushi, excellent fresh ingredients, and intense flavors. The chef is very skilled and creative in creating excellent and tasty rolls. 🍣😋 The staff is knowledgeable and fast. Orders are placed via tablet, which for me is the best method for this type of cuisine. 🖥🔝
The place is very beautiful and modern with a pleasant, tasteful, oriental touch. ⛩🔝😁

23/04/2025: I regret not going sooner! Super good typical Chinese cuisine. We ordered ravioli, spaghetti, rice and spring rolls, the prices are really excellent and the quality is high. The ravioli are the best I have ever eaten in Italy, juicy and tasty, similar to those I ate in China. The service wasn't exactly fast but there were a lot of people and takeaway deliveries, so that's OK, the waiters were all kind and friendly. I'll be back soon to feast on ravioli! 希望下次我不会害羞 因为我想用中文和你们聊天！都很好吃呀～ 谢谢你们🫰🏻
21/03/2025: Not too bad but not too good... bad service and difficult to park the car, but I had an angel and was able to park 20 meters from the restaurant.

24/06/2025: Clean restaurant, sushi not up to par, at the last course the sushi seaweed did not come apart. Today I woke up with a bubble on my mouth and a white dot on my finger.
Foods I recommend are only nighiri and fried ravioli.

30/08/2025: Decent food, very disappointing service (Saturday night), asked to leave the table by 10pm to free up tables, entered at 8:30pm, dinner started around 9pm, practically a rush. Absolutely not...never again.
28/08/2025: A very beautiful place with meticulous attention to detail. The sushi is very good, certainly above average among other all-you-can-eat restaurants in Lecce.
The only flaw: dining in the basement, compared to the ground floor, was so noisy due to the voices from the many tables, we could barely hear each other. Personally, I would also advise against allowing pets, as they only made the situation worse.
Despite this, Sofia, the owner, is always very kind and the staff is also very helpful, although the service is a bit slow.

25/07/2025: Terrible experience, very slow staff, never filling the requested portions, always bringing less food. Of everything we ordered, roughly half the items arrived, even after asking for them multiple times. When we tried to ask for more, the staff pretended not to see us and turned away from us. Terrible!

26/08/2025: I've been going to Toyo for two years, and every time I visit, it's a confirmation: the sushi is always fresh, light, and truly delicious. I've tried practically everything, from classic nigiri to more creative rolls, and I've never been disappointed.
The place is welcoming, with attention to detail, and a pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The waiters are extremely kind and super fast, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
I recommend Toyo to anyone looking for quality, variety, and a place where you can eat well without feeling heavy. It's become my go-to sushi spot in Martina Franca!

01/10/2025: La Banchina in Torre a Mare is a simple yet welcoming place, where you immediately feel at ease. The pizza is good; mine has always been strictly white, and the vegetable one was good but hard to digest.
The quality/price ratio is fair.
The staff is helpful and friendly, the service fast and efficient. A place to keep in mind for a pleasant evening by the sea, with plenty of room to easily reach a fifth star.
10/09/2025: the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, the service is kind and attentive. As for the food, however, the quality is not great, we expected more. Overall, a decent experience, but one that can improve, especially in the kitchen.

We were a little hesitant given the reviews, but instead we found a lovely place with friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent, with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. There were even dishes we've never encountered in our area. We couldn't help but compliment it. Five stars, well-deserved.

02/10/2025: I went to this sushi restaurant and I have to say the food was average, nothing special. The dishes were fresh, but the presentation and flavor were nothing special. There was nothing that made me think, "Wow, this is really good."
But the real problem was the service. The waiters were incredibly arrogant and rude. When I asked for something, I received curt and rude responses, as if I were disrupting their work. One of them even seemed annoyed by my presence. It was as if I were a burden to them.
The service was so bad that it completely ruined the experience. It doesn't matter if the food is good if the staff is so rude and unpleasant.
I hope the restaurant can improve its service and hire more competent and friendly people. Otherwise, it's not worth returning.
