The highest-quality ingredients and preparation worthy of authentic Japanese recipes: it's a real privilege to have here in Puglia! All this is topped off with extremely fast service and friendly, helpful staff: it's truly a pleasure to return to Millegusti every time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the best ramen in the area!

31/07/2025: I went last night, so happy to go to sushi. I sat down super slowly, and the salmon arrived smelly and the avocado was so hard it almost hit the wall. Terrible service. I spat the food out, almost making me sick. I complained, and they told me they even had the fresh salmon blister (which I never saw), and they gave me a €3 discount. Since I got back, I've been in the bathroom! Be careful, raw fish can kill you!!!!! They'll never see me again!!

13/09/2025: I strongly advise against this place. I felt ill immediately during my meal and had to leave the room. The most shocking thing was the staff's complete lack of professionalism and sensitivity: they downplayed the incident and, when I simply wanted to leave for peace, they continued to detain me with their excuses. This isn't just a negative review, but a warning about a service that doesn't respect the needs and wishes of its customers. There are lines that should never be crossed, and their behavior crossed them all.

02/09/2025: I always order takeout; the service is fast and accurate, as well as very convenient via WhatsApp. Overall, the quality and price are excellent, although obviously there are ups and downs, as with all AYCE restaurants.

29/06/2025: I find myself reluctantly changing the review I posted 5 years ago from 5 stars overall to 3 stars. The last few times I went, unfortunately, the service became extremely slow, the dishes arrived too late and too slowly between one dish and the next. The quality of the food overall also seems to have worsened in the face of continuous price increases. I suggest strengthening the kitchen's capacity as I imagine they are under pressure. We started eating at 9:30 pm and got up after 11 pm with little satisfaction.

24/06/2025: .... I went there last night for the first time... terrible service... nothing ever arrived, incredibly slow... and when something did arrive the plate wasn't even complete! Oh no! If I order salmon sashimi and it says 6 pieces you can't serve 4! It was like that for everything... Meh! Damn me who can count! I'll never go back!

08/06/2025: I am sorry to have to write this review, especially because Toyo Sushi has always been a point of reference for me, a place I can count on. I have been going there since it opened and for this reason I waited before expressing a judgment. Unfortunately, the last 3-4 times the experience has been disappointing from every point of view. The quality of the food has dropped incomprehensibly. The tuna, in particular, has become practically inedible. The dishes now all seem pre-packaged, lacking freshness and attention. The service has gotten drastically worse: dishes served one on top of the other, with the food in contact between the courses, a truly sloppy presentation. Furthermore, the excessive use of sauces seems more like an attempt to mask the poor quality of the fish than a real touch of taste. I am writing this review with great disappointment and only after having given the place more than one chance. Unfortunately, I will not be returning

17/08/2025: We visited this restaurant yesterday as a family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The food was not tasty at all, and to make things worse, both my mother and sister felt unwell afterwards. We spent about €80, but the bill was unclear only the total was mentioned without listing the items we ordered. The quality of the food was extremely poor, and what was served looked very different from the pictures shown on the menu. Overall, it was confusing, overpriced, and unsafe. We have decided never to return, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

15/08/2025: We went to a sushi restaurant last night and everything was perfect. Warm welcome, quick and attentive service, dishes prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients. Each course was meticulously prepared and elegantly presented. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, perfect for a family dinner. A truly excellent experience that we will definitely repeat. Kudos to the entire staff!
