I think it's the best ayce sushi restaurant in the area.
Fresh fish and a wide variety of choices, very fast service; just a few minutes after placing my order on the tablet (very well organized), my first courses were already delivered to my table (and I went on a Saturday night, when the place was quite busy).
The only flaw was the steamed bread; it was cold and dry. Otherwise, everything else was delicious, especially the burrata with raw fish and other dishes among the "chef's specials."

My girlfriend and I were in Taranto this weekend and decided to have dinner at this sushi place. It was really good, with unique dishes, just the right portions (not too small or too big), and the perfect amount of rice, unlike some sushi places where you get all you want. The service was top-notch, and the price was too. I'd love to have sushi like this at my place too.

The best in Taranto
Toyo is the best sushi in town. Super fresh fish, creative dishes, and meticulously presented. An elegant setting and impeccable service: a guarantee of absolute quality. Highly recommended!

A Japanese restaurant on the waterfront in the center of Taranto. The restaurant is in a good location. However, looking at the menu, the hot dishes aren't very extensive. The spicy soup was rather light, while the udon noodles were a bit too salty.
The service was fairly quick and the staff were friendly, which was definitely a plus.
Overall, the experience was average: nothing particularly negative, but nothing that really impressed me either. Perhaps it's still missing a few dishes or features that would distinguish it from other restaurants.

I went on a Saturday night without a reservation! They sat me outside as I wanted almost immediately. The place was crowded, we waited a bit but in the end everything was delicious and quite fresh. The gunkan could be improved. Eating near the swing bridge while the Amerigo Vespucci is docked and lit up with the tricolor is an added value.

Very nice and well-kept place. Delicious sushi, everything very fresh and of excellent quality. Each dish is beautifully presented, and the service is excellent and fast. We'll definitely be back.
