20/04/2026: I found this little gem of a place tucked behind a side street in Rome. The pricing was very affordable and fair . This is a wonderful mom and pop restaurant. I ate here 6 times out of my 14 night stay in Rome.

12/11/2025: This place was a find! Situated in the corner of a beautiful park and I was able to sit in the sunshine. The service was quick, friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the toasted avocado and salmon. I had 2 lattes too. I would highly recommend this coffee shop.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

17/04/2026: Who gave it 4.6 stars? It's terribly bad, don't come here... Save your money and eat at other restaurants. If you have the money, you can try it. However, I still suggest not trying it. At least you can smell the aroma of money and not be overwhelmed by the saltiness if you burn your money. 😊 For Chinese people, the dishes are very very salty, which may be more suitable for Italians? 😅 A particularly bad meal. The first bite is a little bit good, but the more you eat, the saltier it becomes. 🤮🤮🤮 After eating only one layer of rice, you feel very full -- I don't know if it's really full or if it's too salty to be full. 😇😇😇 Il cibo è molto salato per i cinesi, potrebbe essere più buono per gli italiani? Un pasto particularly brutto, il primo boccino si sentirà ok, più mangiare più salato, più mangiare più salato, ill riso mangia solo uno strato, si sente molto sazio. Non so se è stato veramente mangiato o se è stato salato.🙃

27/03/2026: Excellent food, a unique selection of typical Sichuan dishes, with typical, fragrant spices. Although it seems to have been toned down since last time, perhaps to suit more European tastes; I preferred it before. The pajata is delicate and tasty, definitely worth a try. The portions are generous, perfect for sharing, so be careful. Always a great experience.

30/03/2026: We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! After trying several in the Vittorio Emanuele area, I think Man Yi strikes the perfect balance between quality and value. In fact, the authentic flavors we discovered in these dishes far exceeded our expectations! Everything was truly excellent, reasonably priced, in a truly unique setting... We'll be back!

05/05/2026: I ordered the exact same menu items after seeing a post by someone named "Woo-ju." I asked them to make it spicy, so they gave me chili oil. I added a generous amount to the ramen and it was seriously so delicious... The fried rice is savory and tastes like Chinese-style fried rice lol. It's not salty because of the cabbage, and the texture is great heh. The sweet and sour pork comes with chili sauce. It tastes even better with chili oil added.

23/03/2026: Highly recommended! The value for money and portions are perfect! We had two menus with appetizers, first courses, second courses, and mixed sushi, and they were truly worth every penny. -The ravioli were different from the usual frozen ravioli; you could taste their authenticity. -The sushi rice was cooked to perfection. My only criticism was that some of the rice fell apart easily, but that wasn't a major issue. -The first and second courses were salty enough to need the touch of soy to enhance them without overpowering them. Unlike many places with very salty dishes or those already salty enough that you can't control the salt as you like, or you can't add soy without oversalting them. -The place was also very clean and very cute, with a unique atmosphere, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff.

15/03/2026: I've been frequenting this Chinese/Japanese restaurant for years. They offer both à la carte and all-you-can-eat options. Today, seven of us enjoyed a variety of Chinese dishes. The quality is decent, but the portions aren't overwhelming. Reservations are recommended, as the place is always busy. Service is a bit slow for this very reason.

12/03/2026: We were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant like New Town in Rome near our AirBnB. We've been traveling Europe for the past 14 days and the Asian in us just needed some good Chinese food. We bought take out to our AirBnB so the older people in our group of 8 can settle down earlier and eat in the comfort of our AirBnB. We loved the variety of Chinese food on their menu (also Japanese but we didn't order those). We loved that the portions are small and well priced, so we were able to try a good variety shared among the 8 of us. After the first night, we had to get it the second night! (Pic was from the second night, first night we ordered double the food).

04/04/2026: It is the worst. I left a review 3 hours ago, but you deleted it. The Mapo Tofu had absolutely no seasoning, and the dumplings were completely burnt. There weren't even any other customers, so there is no reason to wait 30 minutes. The female employee with short hair kept sniffling, and it really ruined my appetite.

30/04/2026: Today I celebrated a very important moment in my life, my graduation, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. The experience at this sushi restaurant was truly special: excellent food, a refined setting, and the perfect atmosphere for such a significant occasion. A special thanks goes to all the staff, always attentive and professional, but especially to Paola, who was truly kind to us. Her attention to detail made the evening even more beautiful, and the gesture of offering us cake and liquor was truly unexpected and much appreciated. It's small gestures that make a difference and transform a simple dinner into an unforgettable memory. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming experience. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!

17/04/2026: If there were more stars I would give double... exceptional sushi. Living in Rome I have been to many but over the years the quality was no longer what it once was. However today I had lunch in this restaurant and I rediscovered the flavors that made me love sushi. The sauces were delicious. Fast service, attentive and kind waitress. We will be back.
