I lived for 7 years in Asia, and 1 specifically in China, and this is the best Chinese restaurant I have found in Europe so far. The cuisine is simple, authentic, varied - the same way you would find it in China. So happy to have come across this place, plus the service is great and the atmosphere is contemporary and just…cool. I will highly recommend it to friends in Rome especially because it’s so hard to find good non-touristy places in this area. I will be back every opportunity I get! Thank you for an amazing evening

I already knew the other location, but for a business lunch I went to the restaurant on Via Sardegna. The place is beautiful, with a round table perfect for this type of occasion. The ingredients are excellent and the execution is perfect. Dao is always a hit, and I love eating here!

Dao is a restaurant where you immediately sense the attention to detail, from the dining room to the kitchen. The staff is attentive and professional, and the choice of ingredients reflects a rigorous pursuit of quality. The ravioli deserve a special mention: the thinly rolled pasta enhances the filling, and the pairings are sophisticated and never banal. I came back today with my boyfriend for my birthday. In fact, I was so happy the first time I came.
The atmosphere is intimate, refined, and refined, delicate and elegant, a cozy, welcoming, and pleasant environment.
The food is delicious. I tried both grilled and steamed ravioli, roast duck with plum sauce (superlative), and tender and flavorful crusted beef.
The staff is very professional and friendly.

The food is fantastic. Ask for the vinegar and mashed garlic for our dumpling sauce. It’s a bit expensive but well worth the taste and quality.
