31/03/2025: I went to this place for dinner, the place is modern and well furnished. The staff is certainly very courteous and helpful. One flaw however, from my point of view, is the value for money. When we arrived, the waitress who sat us at the table informed us that it was possible to order no more than 3 dishes each (legal, I find it to be a fair policy and now adopted by several sushi restaurants) for a maximum of 5 orders... Taking into account that there were dishes containing only 1 piece of sushi, I found this obligation a little out of place. The food is good, yes, but nothing special from my point of view, especially given the not at all negligible cost of the evening all-you-can-eat (adults 36 euros, cover charge included, drinks excluded) and the choice on the menu which included rather classic dishes that were not at all (or almost) revisited. An experience that I don't think is worth trying, given the many other places within a few kilometers that offer the same service at decidedly more honest prices. Or at least this applies to the evening menu.

15/02/2025: My favorite place. Valentina is an institution in San Lazzaro, she is incredibly sweet. Delicious and succulent dishes. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, it is among the super tops in Bologna and the surrounding area. Giacomo super good and welcoming, and the other waitress Fang super kind. Here are some delicacies, try it to believe it.

12/02/2025: Nice and welcoming restaurant, the meat and prawn ravioli are highly recommended. The rice with vegetables and grilled prawns is also good. The owner and the boy are very kind, however the waitress is often grumpy and lacks professionalism. I will definitely be back, but for takeaway.

08/02/2025: The best place, quality and price in line with the excellent service. The best sushi place in the area. I recommend it. The non plus ultra. Tried this one, don't go to other sushi places anymore.

24/12/2024: Returned to the Taste Restaurant in the evening with my 14 year old daughter and her friend. Let me start by saying that we are lovers of All You Can It Sushi and Theme Restaurants, both Sushi, Chinese and Japanese. I must say that the Taste is currently the best in the area, beautiful, elegant, very good food, the chefs to whom I complimented are excellent, all prepared with care, cooked perfectly and of great quality of food. Well done. Ps. The only note is that we need smarter and quicker waiters, the fastest is always Robo_Gatto. Well done, everyone go and try the TASTE in Casalgrande, you will be pleasantly satisfied. * * * * * I went tonight with my daughter who loves Sushi and we always try everything. Very elegant, beautiful, brand new Japanese and Chinese restaurant with the little robot "Gino" who comes to the table :) Excellent quality food, excellent service. Highly recommended to try. Well done

24/12/2024: Ritornato al Ristorante Taste la Sera con mia Figlia e sua Amica 14enni. Premetto siamo amanti del Sushi all You Can It e dei Ristoranti a Tema, sia Sushi che Cinese e Giapponese. Devo dire che il Taste è attualmente il Migliore della Zona, Bello, Elegante, Cibo Buonissimo, i Ragazzi Cuochi a cui ho fatto i complimenti stra_bravi tutto preparato con cur, coto perfettamente e di grande qualità del cibo. Bravissimi. Ps. Unica Nota ci vorrebbero Camerieri più svegli e veloci, il più rapido rimane sempre il Robo_Gatto. Bravi Complimenti andate tutti a provare il TASTE a Casalgrande rimarrete piacevolmente sodisfatti. * * * * * Sono andata stasera con mia figlia che adora i Sushi e proviamo sempre tutto. Ristorante Giapponese e Cinese molto elegante bello nuovissimo con il Robottino "Gino" che viene al tavolino :) Cibo di qualità qualità servizio ottimo. Consigliatissimo da provare. Bravissimi

03/04/2025: Back then, the food was delicious. The post was great for the service. I didn't like it at all, they didn't treat us at all the first time they saw us, they looked at us very badly, I didn't feel welcomed in that restaurant and therefore I would never go back there again and I advise you if you're in a restaurant like that, never to go there or to change immediately, because they have to welcome you well in a respectful way. Today I didn't feel welcomed at all, I felt at ease, they looked at me badly all the time I wanted to eat

01/04/2025: Beautiful place managed by the same owners who opened in Pontecchio Marconi years ago, very modern and refined, excellent service with very kind and helpful staff, vast choice of excellent quality Asian fusion menu, possibility of takeaway. Very good
