21/04/2025: Always happy with the Golden Dragon. Very nice and well-kept restaurant, for those who love Chinese and Japanese cuisine it is the best you can find in Parma. I really recommend.

29/05/2025: I went for lunch, from the outside the place looks more like a factory than the entrance to a sushi place but I said to myself "let's not judge the book by its cover" maybe it's just the outside that is like that. I go inside a girl makes us sit down, we order and practically not even the time to send the order that the first course arrives at our table (since even one of the hot ones scared me) anyway I taste these shaomai and they were strange from a pale appearance, the inside in terms of ingredients did not match what I'm used to hearing since I knew of their existence, in fact it had large pieces of onion? since everything was tasteless I don't even know what I was eating in fact the napkin did its part:) The nigiri with avocado presented on the ipad as they really should be made and presented live as if it had been thrown there by a child, bohhh The first ones stank, the cucumbers of the hosomaki were sour, the fried food was soft and devoid of flavor except oil, the ravioli were impractical to detach, 3 ravioli stuck together thrown there how sad, how sad in short this place, a shame because inside it wouldn't be bad but better not to risk it and I'm proud of not having taken raw dishes given the quality, I DO NOT recommend it at all!!!

26/04/2025: The sushi is excellent, there is a lot of variety of fish and you can feel that it is fresh and of high quality. The nigiri and uramaki have just the right amount of rice. The rabbit-shaped sandwiches with cream inside are really very good. The guy at the reception was very kind and explained to us in detail how the online menu works. They also accept Up Day meal vouchers. Absolutely recommended!

17/05/2025: We are sushi experimenters, and I can tell you that since we found this one we stopped. They are the best ever. Keep it up and don't lower the quality. Thank you I honestly think it has no rivals in the province. Always everything clean, when the waiters pass by you can also see the kitchen, and everything is in order (unbelievable). It costs more than other all you can eat, and that's right, I would be willing to spend even more to eat here, and not have to go to another Japanese restaurant. Years have passed since my review, it remains our trusted Japanese. They also opened another restaurant in Modena but the quality seems to have remained unchanged. It seems they are managing to manage the situation perfectly. Since we have been coming here we have only been to other sushi a couple of times and we bitterly regretted having "experimented" elsewhere. Nothing is like Masa. Keep it up!

06/05/2025: One of the best restaurants in Piacenza that manages to keep the Chinese tradition separate from the Japanese one by opening 2 separate sections. After years of frequenting China I can say that some things are similar but you have to know how to choose. Of course, it's all reported for us Westerners. Great food and friendly, helpful staff. I add May 2025 and confirm what has already been written but with the novelty of ramen.. the quality never fails. I can't eat Chinese to my heart's content anywhere else. Well done

08/04/2025: Where once perhaps the countryside wind blew, and the scent of the must rose from the fertile soil, today stands a place that attempts - with courage and measure - to combine the rarefied East with the concreteness of Western life: Miko Sushi. Crossing the threshold of this restaurant is like entering a small, secular, essential temple, where nothing exceeds and everything is balance: the form, the silence. The light itself, discreet, seems to invite meditation. The freshness of the ingredients is adequate for the asking price, although some preparations hide the taste of the fish under veils of sauces and aromas that are perhaps a little too insistent. The service, young and zealous, works with unhurried kindness. There are moments, of course, in which the symphony of service falters, perhaps overwhelmed by a clientele too numerous for the strength of the place. But the intent remains noble, and those who have eyes to see will grasp the sincere effort. The “all you can eat” formula – which is talked about so much with haughty contempt – here translates into measured abundance. It is certainly not a Dionysian banquet, but one of polite desire. You eat there with satisfaction, and you leave light-hearted.

12/05/2025: we went for dinner this evening, honestly we were quite disappointed... the robots that offer the service as if they were waiters are sponsored and that's not the case, but leaving that aside the food wasn't good... some dishes such as ravioli/prawn sticks seemed to be reheated, just as the salmon didn't seem very fresh, the rest tasted like nothing. having tried several sushi I would say that we will avoid this one next time, furthermore the service was not very professional: the young waiter kept staring at us. on the other hand, a large menu and a beautiful location. we won't be back
