17/07/2026: I've always considered it the best Japanese restaurant ever; the lunches and dinners have always been a guarantee. It's a shame about last week's bitter disappointment: in both the temaki and the tartare, the salmon was no longer sliced ​​very thin, making everything a wonderful puree. Instead, like all the other restaurants, it was cut into small pieces (like diced sashimi). I hope it was just the day, perhaps a change in staff for the summer, because it was truly a unique feature that made you special and set you apart from the rest.
