Let's say we went for lunch on a Saturday. It was very busy. The service was very fast. I think they must have put a lot of effort into their organization because they got the tables wrong on two occasions, bringing us dishes we hadn't requested, and the presentation wasn't very attentive. They may have been under pressure because it was also a holiday and the city was full of tourists. We'll definitely be back.

Good quality AYCE restaurant in the heart of Bologna. I especially enjoyed the uramaki (some of the options were really interesting).
The only downside is the price of AYCE: at other restaurants during the weekend, it costs about €1-2 less for dinner, and the menu is, in my opinion, more extensive (e.g., they don't make uramaki with strawberries and mango here).

The food arrives promptly and doesn't even have to wait long. The food is really good, I think one of the best in Bologna. The menu has a good variety, and for an all-you-can-eat option, it's the perfect choice if you're in Bologna.

We had lunch for two on the all-you-can-eat menu, arriving around 12:20. We decided to have two rounds of different courses. The first round was almost excellent, the food was very good quality. On the second round, after the place had filled up around 1:00 PM, the service seemed to have gone haywire. We received dishes we hadn't ordered, and ours took a long time to arrive, sometimes even 15 minutes or more between courses. Unfortunately, this detracted from the quality of the experience. The place is chaotic during peak hours, and it's understandable that this creates confusion for the staff, but when we reported during lunch what had been delivered incorrectly or not at all, the staff seemed annoyed.

I returned after a long time and found a completely new staff, but the quality remained high. The food is always fresh, carefully prepared, and truly delicious.
At lunchtime, there's no limit to the seafood dishes (except the sashimi), which is truly delicious.
The fish is always fresh and of excellent quality: the nigiri are spectacular, with firm, well-seasoned rice and always warm, paired with fish that perfectly complements every bite.
For me, it remains the best all-you-can-eat in Bologna!

Excellent experience, a very refined and elegant place, excellent value for money. Dishes are meticulously prepared, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is truly delicious. I'll definitely be back.
