28/03/2024: 2 hours sitting at the table to eat 1/4 of the things ordered. We went for lunch, few waiters and full restaurant. The orders were placed via the site (positive note), but when the dishes arrived we see trolleys full of food, with receipts inside the dishes with the number of tables... absolutely unhygienic. In short, waiters who go around the whole place (not a small one) as if they were shopping, with trolleys full of food, without knowing where to take it. Result: Cold food arrived frozen and hot food arrived cold. We woke up hungry and dissatisfied with the service. If you want to spend a day in a restaurant without eating, this is the place for you. Presented at the checkout, not even a discount or an apology.

VERY painful notes: embarrassing service. - there are no tablets for ordering, we are still at pen and paper levels - waiters who don't consider you, barely understand Italian, make mistakes in delivering the dishes - dishes that just don't arrive, remain in customers' dreams - dishes that arrive cold!!! It is not possible to serve COLD fried Hosomaki or Udon!! Unacceptable!!! - biblical service times - menu with quite grotesque translations 😂 In summary: very nice place but everything to see again... being a restaurant where the important thing is to eat well and not a museum where you go to look at works, I certainly won't return. Dear orientals, if you think of coming to Italy to offer us your food, at least do it in a workmanlike manner. Weekday starting price: 25.90, adding cover charge, water, 3 coffees and 2 desserts (for 4 people), we reached €35 ​​each. For me it's no.

21/03/2024: For how I was treated I should have given zero stars. I entered this restaurant with a friend at 2.15pm asking if it was possible to eat, they kindly made us sit down and informed us that the kitchen closed at 2.30pm; we order everything at once and start eating. At 3pm I was still there with the cutlery stuck in the spaghetti and the waitress said to me "sorry, eat faster because we have to go"... we got up without finishing eating.. unacceptable.. if you make me sit down you will also give me time to eat otherwise don't let me sit down. It's a shame because the food is good and the place is beautiful, but nothing justifies such rudeness

11/03/2024: Very bad. The welcome was a puddle of dirty, smelly water in the corridor to get to the table. Once the first courses arrived, the poor quality of the food was immediately noticed: the fried dishes were fried in very old oil. The raw food was RIP. The tuna was dry and dull in color. In addition to its appearance, the taste was rotten. The risk of poisoning was very, very high. I will never go back there again and if you care about your health I advise you to avoid.

30/12/2023: It is absolutely my favorite restaurant, the managers are exquisite people... there are 2 waitresses, one of them not very attentive to the service and sometimes rude, the other very professional
