05/04/2024: There were 3 of us and we arrived around 2.15pm/8pm and we stayed after closing time and they were very kind and patient. The environment itself was very beautiful and we were particularly struck by the room with the built-in tables. We had the all you can eat silver meat lunch at €18.90 + cover charge and a liter of water came to €20.90 each which seems like an excellent price to me. The food in general was good, perhaps the sushi menu was a little sparse.
More than recommended.
03/04/2024: Optimal!!! The first place here in Cesena where you can grill your own meat like in our beloved Japan!

26/04/2024: After an hour and a half we had only eaten the starter. Then they brought us spaghetti but they snatched it from our hands shouting "I've got the wrong table". Unfortunately I'm not like I used to be. Even the food is no longer as good as it was years ago. Disappointed.

27/03/2024: Ate twice in the last 15 days, drastic drop in the quality and care of the dishes compared to before, and I don't expect a starry dinner, warm ramen with frozen egg, hot sashimi rice and uramaki both times, with two children 6-9 years (three dishes for two) spent €120 with a beer and two cokes. Then I don't want to argue about the price even though I think I paid full price for both girls, but hellish food! Luckily there is no shortage of alternatives.

16/03/2024: Sono andata con il mio ragazzo per pranzo. Ho trovato scortese la signora in cassa, credo che gestisca il locale. Appena arrivati ha precisato che dovevamo fare un solo ordine perché poi chiudeva la cucina e fino a qui abbiamo detto, ok. Ma La sua scortesia è stata nell'invadenza di urlare nel locale che l'ordine era tanto e che poi se non si finiva tutto si pagava. È la prima volta che mi capita. Alla fine abbiamo mangiato tutto e per scelta abbiamo lasciato cinque pezzi di sushi con tonno e Philadelphia che sembrava andato a male, che abbiamo pagato senza problema anche se lei lo ripeteva, che figuraccia pessima. Mi dispiace ma se non voleva clienti alle 14:30 doveva semplicemente dire siamo in chiusura. È orribile stare sul cliente con il fiato sul collo. Con lo sguardo e le parole in continuo per dire che loro dovevano chiudere. Un pranzo pessimo.

02/04/2024: We hadn't finished eating yet and we were still waiting for the other orders which the waitress very rudely asked us “so have you finished? Don't you finish those? Pay the fine" pointing to my 3 pieces of uramaki still on the plate to which I told him don't worry, there's no problem, we'll eat them
Then she asked me why there were two pieces of sashimi left to which I said that the salmon slices were too big and I didn't like them and she started laughing with the staff speaking in their language making fun of us.
I would say that the service was no more terrible. very disrespectful. Only the first girl who took our orders was kind and professional, too bad
We won't be coming back again.
27/03/2024: I have been frequenting this restaurant since it opened, at the beginning top quality, impeccable service, the guys were very fast, and super serious, the food was exquisite, as time went by I don't know why I no longer see those guys as waiters, they gave them replaced with Pakistani or Bangladeshi boys, (always angry) to make sushi the same as non-Chinese or Japanese boys, and the difference can be felt, rice not cooked well, the sushi are too large in size... and so much more, I'm so sorry because really nice place.

05/04/2024: My family and I love sushi and Sapory was our favorite restaurant... We came on average once a month, often with friends and large companies. Excellent food, courteous and attentive staff, elegant and welcoming environment. Last Wednesday I'm throwing a birthday party for a dear friend. There are about ten of us; 9 adults and a 10 year old girl. One of the diners doesn't feel very well even before ordering; a bit of stomach discomfort that forces her to spend a good ten minutes in the toilet. Then he comes back to the table and nicely decides to stay with us even though in the end he doesn't eat or drink anything. At the end of the dinner, asking for the bill, I report this to the manager. The answer leaves me speechless... "he should have told me straight away" and he gives me the bill with 10 full "all you can eat" prices (Children over 140 cm pay the same as adults...). In the end we decided to divide the bill by 9 to overcome the manager's indelicacy and avoid charging those who hadn't consumed even a single prawn... I was shocked by an answer that questioned the veracity of what I had reported. .. Even considering that we all had the hope that she would feel better and eat something during the evening. Although reluctantly, I fear that I will be forced to no longer frequent the club. How to lose a loyal customer in 5 seconds...

29/03/2024: Fantastic! I went with my girlfriend for a quiet and different dinner a few minutes from Bologna and it was one of the best experiences in an Asian restaurant of our life! The food did not disappoint us at all, on the contrary, all quality products and some perfectly successful reinterpretations of recipes. Furthermore, the service is of high quality and extremely pleasant. We will definitely be back!
