14/03/2026: A quiet restaurant with no music, a Chinese chef talking loudly on the phone for a long time... I had no trouble ordering, and although I occasionally tasted salt in the shrimp fried rice, the food overall was not bad.

22/02/2026: We went to Bon Wei last night and were unfortunately quite disappointed with the experience. The food itself wasn't bad, but it definitely didn't live up to the expectations created by the restaurant's location. We each ordered two courses, a plate of green beans to share, and a bottle of wine. The overall impression was that the bill was significantly higher than what we received, especially considering the perceived quality and, in particular, the presentation of the dishes: sloppy plating, visually sloppy portions, almost thrown onto the plate without attention to detail. After traveling in China and experiencing different regional cuisines, one expects authenticity, depth of flavor, and a certain cultural coherence. Here, however, we found an experience quite distant from that tradition. If you're looking for more authentic and satisfying Chinese cuisine, you're probably better off visiting Via Paolo Sarpi: many other restaurants in the area offer better food and less expensive fare. One detail that struck us was seeing almost all the tables using only forks and knives: in a Chinese restaurant, this tells us a lot about the type of customer and the restaurant's approach. It feels more like a restaurant catering to Milan's upper-middle class than for those seeking an authentic experience. Overall, an experience we wouldn't repeat.

07/02/2026: We came here for dinner and ordered the steamed pork dumplings (which are the soup dumplings but they didn’t have soup like traditional ones do - still tasted good though!), wonton soup, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour pork ribs and noodles with beef. We ordered those dishes to share for two people and found that the portion sizes were on the smaller end. Perhaps each dish is portioned for one person. Overall the food was quite tasty and the service was quick! We walked in on a Saturday night at opening (7pm) and there wasn’t a wait!

Service: Fast Food: Average for an all-you-can-eat restaurant Buffet: One of the few places with a varied and good-quality buffet (octopus salad, shrimp cocktail, baked salmon) To all those who write 2*/3* STAR reviews, I remind you that on average you spend €15-30 at these restaurants to overindulge... if you want to look great, go spend your money at an à la carte restaurant!

19/02/2026: Always busy at lunchtime, no matter the day. I prefer to book in advance to avoid waiting, even though the wait isn't long, 20 minutes max... but they accept reservations up to an hour in advance. I highly recommend the fried food; everything is made beautifully, light, and delicious even cold. The pizzas are good, and the prices are great for everything.

09/12/2025: The service is average, but the rest of the dishes leave much to be desired: overcooked rice, tasteless fish. The atmosphere is cold and decadent.

28/12/2025: Photo: Udon with beef (A4) and bao (came 4 in the plate). Good, honest food—well seasoned, tasty, and served very hot (a big plus for me). We visited Livorno on December 26th, when most restaurants were closed for St. Stephen’s Day, so we ended up having lunch here as a last option. We really enjoyed the meal. I would definitely eat here again if I visit Livorno in the future. From the outside, the restaurant looks a bit shabby and not very tidy. However, the dining area is located in a side room, which was quite pretty and well kept. The toilet was not very clean. Service was good but not so smooth due to the language barrier (I don't speak italian).

19/03/2026: Excellent Chinese and Thai restaurant. Highly recommended. New dishes to try. Delivery is highly recommended. Always open. They accept tables for groups. You can host parties here, but you have to plan ahead. Seating is available. Friendly staff. Excellent venue. Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday. They also serve Thai cuisine. You can find them on Just Eat, Globo, and Deliveroo. Clean venue.

24/03/2025: Highly recommended! When it was time to eat, we arrived half an hour early, so I was afraid they'd really harass us and make us wait, but instead they activated a trigger and we were given a seat! Nothing unusual on standby, we ordered without any problems, and practically all our orders arrived in the main restaurant... The tablets were a little clunky, but everything was fine. Even when we ordered in the main restaurant, everything arrived without a problem... We only had a nasty surprise at the end; for some reason, the hosso maki my Oppo had ordered at the beginning arrived unexpectedly and completely smothered us because we were too full to finish it. Overall, a great experience, 2-0

07/02/2026: I've been coming to this restaurant with my family for many years. The dishes are all delicious, high-quality, and very varied. The ravioli are the best! The family who runs it is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

06/02/2026: I'm very sorry to say this, but precisely because they offer vegetarian and vegan options, they could have done better. I ate very little, and what little I did eat had an unpleasant smell of spoiled, poorly preserved eggs. There wasn't even a simple miso soup alternative. I'm sorry because I was fond of this place and I was truly disappointed.
