08/02/2026: New restaurant, high expectations, but unfortunately the service needs updating due to long waits, a lack of empathy from the waiters, and a very superficial handling of food intolerances despite the system allowing you to request "gluten-free" or other options. I wouldn't recommend it.

07/12/2025: We had the all-you-can-eat option for lunch on Sunday and paid €21 each, including water and coffee. The food was good, the ingredients were fresh; I highly recommend the udon noodles with shrimp and vegetables. The restaurant is small but well-designed and welcoming. The service was excellent, though a little slow, but since everything is freshly prepared, I think it's worth the wait. All in all, a wonderful lunch! Recommended!

18/01/2026: Excellent Chinese restaurant with a wide and varied menu. I tried the delicious salt and pepper shrimp, the Cantonese rice was equally good, as were the shrimp and meat dumplings. Highly recommended.

09/02/2026: The main courses and appetizers were good, but Cantonese rice and chaofan were bland.
The service was really slow; when you ask how far along they say it's coming, but that's not true.
We sat down at around 8:45 PM. We ordered at around 9:10 PM and started eating at 10 PM. The dishes were served 30 minutes apart, and the chaofan arrived last, after 11 PM.
01/02/2026: Excellent Chinese restaurant, very nice atmosphere, albeit a little dated. I recommend it!! The Italian dishes are also good, it's a shame they don't make pizza anymore.
It's in the square, very central.

08/01/2026: I really like Hosuto, Sonia, and their family-run restaurant.
They're always kind and the food is really excellent. I order at least once a week and sometimes I come to eat there.
Super kind, super fast, and the kitchen serves fresh food.

01/01/2026: Seven of us went for dinner and were pleasantly surprised, especially because of the helpful staff and their attention to various allergies (celiac disease). The food was quality; the grilled meat ravioli are definitely recommended! Not to mention the helpful, friendly, and approachable staff. Despite an error in our order, they immediately took steps to correct it.
I would gladly return next time I'm in Genoa.
