27/10/2025: Unfortunately, I wrote a top-notch review four years ago, but now I've had to change it because since the management changed, the food has been decidedly subpar. It's dripping with oil, even the salmon skewers, which were the stuff of the old management, are now fried, hard, and inedible, instead of being grilled and tender. The presentation of the dishes is sloppy. On Saturday the 25th, my last visit, I had severe stomach pains!
I miss the old management. Too bad, too bad! They're ruining a name!

07/09/2025: Very good all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet restaurant. Ristorante Ruben offers a varied selection of fresh and tasty dishes, all at a very reasonable price. The service is fast and the atmosphere friendly. For me, it's clearly the best place less than an hour from Nice to enjoy a quality Chinese buffet.

21/11/2025: Self-service Chinese/Japanese restaurant. Excellent for a quick lunch at a truly competitive price, plenty of food available with the option of grilling dishes (fish, meat, vegetables). The price also includes fruit and dessert, but not drinks. As I said, the price of €11.90 (for midweek lunch) is truly competitive. Add €1 for cover charge and drinks. I spent €14.50 and ate my fill 🤭👍👍

It's big, it's empty, and the food is uninteresting. The staff barely speak Italian. Everything tastes the same; it's due to the excessive use of flavor enhancers.

When it was time to eat, we arrived half an hour early, so I was afraid they'd really harass us and make us wait, but instead they activated a trigger and we were given a seat! Nothing unusual on standby, we ordered without any problems, and practically all our orders arrived in the main restaurant... The tablets were a little clunky, but everything was fine. Even when we ordered in the main restaurant, everything arrived without a problem... We only had a nasty surprise at the end; for some reason, the hosso maki my Oppo had ordered at the beginning arrived unexpectedly and completely smothered us because we were too full to finish it.
Overall, a great experience, 2-0

04/11/2025: The staff is constantly checking to see if you've finished your dish. You're practically eating with your mouth shut. Terrible! Never again. The fish is very fresh. But the amount of rice per portion is excessive, too much rice. So you can't eat multiple portions.
14/10/2025: Yesterday I had lunch at Toyo's for the second time and I have to say I was truly satisfied with the quick service and the quality of the rolls! I highly recommend Toyo's special rolls, especially the one with tuna tartare on top and zucchini tempura inside. It arrived at my table in just a few minutes with the tempura piping hot inside and truly delicious! I've always had a sweet tooth for sushi and enjoy it often in Bari, where I live. I have my "favorite spot" among many, but I have to admit that yesterday Toyo's in Martina Franca lived up to expectations with that special tuna roll. It really won me over!

10/11/2025: The grilled ravioli and shrimp spaghetti are delicious, and the desserts are also good (crème brulee and chocolate cake).
Fast and competent service.
I come here often and they never disappoint.

I'd like to remind the management that their restaurant isn't the only one!
If seven of us arrive, you offer us a table for five where we'll be cramped together, and I say no problem. I wait for a table to become available so we can split up, and you arrogantly reply, "There are no other tables." I genuinely reply, "Then I'll go eat somewhere else."
Terrible... and it's not the first time you've treated me condescendingly...
31/10/2025: I came alone and wanted to have lunch and they told me if you are alone, you won't eat here... Do you want to know anything else about discrimination??? I will write about this in many groups.

07/12/2025: We had the all-you-can-eat option for lunch on Sunday and paid €21 each, including water and coffee. The food was good, the ingredients were fresh; I highly recommend the udon noodles with shrimp and vegetables. The restaurant is small but well-designed and welcoming. The service was excellent, though a little slow, but since everything is freshly prepared, I think it's worth the wait. All in all, a wonderful lunch! Recommended!
