07/06/2025: I have been going to Sushi 1688 for years and I can say, without exaggeration, that it is one of the best all you can eat in Emilia, especially for the quality of the fish. The raw salmon is always very fresh, soft and tasty, really a cut above the average, especially considering that we are talking about an inexpensive place. Another strong point is the perfect balance of flavors: never flat and never excessive. I really appreciate the moderate use of rice - a rare thing in AYCE - and the care with which the rolls are prepared, often enriched with toasted sesame seeds that add a crunchy and aromatic note. The salads and hot dishes are also excellent. The service is always quick and, even when some dishes do not arrive with Swiss precision, the staff is kind, helpful and ready to make up for it with a smile. The location does not focus on the wow effect, but it is bright, clean and with comfortable seats. The aquarium adds a relaxing touch and the bathrooms – often neglected elsewhere – here are always impeccable: spacious and very clean. Sushi 1688 is the right place for those looking for substance and quality, without getting lost in the “Instagram” frills. You come here to eat well, and you eat really well. In at least fifty visits, never a problem: neither stomach nor anything else. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy excellent sushi, in a simple but welcoming environment, with a quality-price ratio that few can offer.

04/07/2025: Typical Chinese restaurant. I went in for the first time, attracted by the reviews and I must say I was not disappointed. The dishes are plentiful, very good and tasty. The prices are not excessive. The menu is à la carte, no all you can eat. You order via digital menu with qr code. The staff was courteous. At the end of the meal they served us some free fresh watermelon. When I want Chinese cuisine, I will definitely go back.

05/07/2025: I recently had the opportunity to dine at the aforementioned restaurant, and I can only confirm the quality of the culinary experience offered: the environment is large, bright, tidy and impeccably clean. The menu, varied and well-structured, offers excellent dishes, with fresh and well-prepared ingredients; a real pleasure for the palate. However, what slightly affected the overall pleasantness of the evening did not concern the food, but rather a human aspect that, in my opinion, deserves attention. A glance was enough to notice a detail that probably escapes most customers: the faces of the staff, especially those employed behind the counter, betrayed evident fatigue, a deep, almost debilitating tiredness. While the restaurant manager lingered in the room, apparently uninterested in the operational dynamics, intent on sipping drinks and checking his phone, the staff appeared tired, overwhelmed by work rhythms that seemed to be at the limit of sustainability. I recognize the value of service and the quality of the gastronomic offer, but I believe that an excellent restaurant must be excellent not only for the customers, but also for those who work there. Care for the human environment is an integral part of the excellence of a business. I sincerely hope that the management can reflect on this aspect and adopt more equitable and respectful measures towards a staff that, although visibly tried, continues to guarantee an impeccable service.

17/06/2025: Very nice restaurant near the Mirandola shopping center. Clean and well-kept environment, with separate seating and respectful distance between tables. A well-stocked menu, not so much choice but ultimately very good. The restrooms pleasantly surprised me, clean, chic with soft lighting. Service sometimes fast, sometimes slow, especially regarding the preparation of sushi, absolutely good, but we ended up waiting even tens of minutes (and it was lunch on a Monday). Overall a good stop for those who want to eat well in a comfy environment. Welcome 10+ from the owner and the staff, and bill more than appreciated at the end of a relaxing lunch break.

10/06/2025: I have tried many sushi but this is definitely my favorite. I may be repetitive, but I always order ravioli and udon and this restaurant is the only one that makes them really good. The sushi is also very good and the menu is very varied. The other night we went to the competition to try, we will NEVER go there AGAIN. Nothing to do with it, the service is certainly different, but the food, which is what matters, is incomparable. I can't wait to go back

16/05/2025: Great all you can eat restaurant, clean, fast and with a great variety. Personally I'm not very happy with the technology, they have adopted QR codes and menus on the phone, effectively forcing the customer to have the smartphone in hand for half the lunch break.

11/04/2025: Restaurant a mix of Filipino cuisine and South American cuisine. Lots of dishes to try, not all of which you might like. However, I think it is basically good and cheap. The service from the guys is good and the Chinese owners who speak perfect Italian are very nice and friendly. I went there several times. Unfortunately sometimes companies are too noisy.

26/06/2025: I had lunch at this wonderful restaurant with two of my friends. We spent a day in Ancona for work. Right from the start, we were welcomed by kind and helpful staff. Clean and quiet place. Very good food, with a large buffet with a wide choice: meat, fish, vegetables of all kinds, fried foods, fruit, desserts and various ice creams. Possibility of composing fish skewers, or cooking fish at the moment of your liking, upon order to the staff. Highly recommended!!

There are no allergens in most of the dishes. The spring rolls were soft and only had cabbage inside, the grilled ravioli were almost considered raw.
