I was truly surprised by this hidden sushi spot in Dalmine. I left feeling truly satisfied, which usually never happens.
The portions are a bit smaller than other sushi spots, allowing you to try many different dishes without overindulging.
The fish carpaccio is truly exquisite, especially the mixed one, not to mention the tartare and sashimi.
I'll definitely be back for dinner to try the menu and specials.
Highly recommended.

We went here for lunch. The interior is very beautiful and well-kept, and ordering via tablet is super convenient. The lunch menu costs €15.90 + €2 cover charge. Beware of a hidden rule: you must order a €2.50 bottle of water, otherwise the "all you can eat" formula doesn't apply and they charge you à la carte for each dish.
As for the food, the quality is average: we didn't really like the sushi rice; it seemed old or overcooked, and the outer texture of the rolls wasn't the best either. Ultimately, lunch costs more than it initially appears, and the quality of the food is questionable.

The fish is incredibly fresh, and the quality of the ingredients shines through in every dish, from the most elaborate uramaki to sashimi.
The service is prompt, and the staff is always attentive and friendly, despite the restaurant being very busy.
The atmosphere is modern, refined, and very pleasant. It conveys a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both a romantic dinner or an evening with friends.
Excellent value for the quality of the food.
