From the waiters who don't understand what you're ordering, to the cashiers who don't understand what you're paying for, to the menu where you can't tell which picture refers to what, everything. The food quality guarantees are all there: Chinese children doing their homework, running, playing and attacking the diners screaming, the typical Chinese aunt who speaks loudly in a corner of the room while eating and watching a series in Chinese, the projector on the wall of Chinese songs with karaoke. There's really nothing missing. It's my happy place, my protection from cosmic evil; my happiness. The food is incredible, the typical dishes are amazing and the special things from Sichuan always capture my attention; one day I will try every dish at least once, even if the spicy foods make me expel fire the next day and take away years of intestinal health; I can't help it, the spicy pork innards call me. I often go there with my beloved girlfriend, and it's always perfect; she always orders the sweet bunnies that I don't go crazy for; but it's okay we love each other and that's what matters. Will you leave me? If they were chocolate it would be better but oh well they never are

14/08/2025: If you're looking for a traditional Chinese restaurant, this is the place! Only Chinese cuisine, untouched by Japanese influences. Excellent dishes, including delicious dumplings and spring rolls, but I recommend trying the sweet and sour chicken—truly excellent!

21/03/2025: I have never been a regular customer because I find the pizza absolutely normal (personal rating 3), however, in the absence of other alternatives, last evening I ordered two pizzas with an estimated waiting time of 5/10 minutes, but I had to wait 45 minutes; meanwhile people who ordered after me received the pizza first.....at least they apologised, uncommon behavior

16/08/2025: Delicious and with friendly service. They pay particular attention to gluten-free options: although they aren't AIC certified, they've done everything possible to ensure safety and peace of mind.

27/08/2025: This was our first stay at this hotel, and we've already loved it. It's a quiet location outside the city center, yet still well-served and close enough to the sea. The room is very spacious, but has a very small balcony. The service and cleanliness are very good, but the decor is a bit questionable. What made us fall in love with this hotel is the family-friendly, serene atmosphere that permeates every corner. We felt at home, especially at the special evening organized by the owner family on their estate among the olive trees, with lots of good food and music. Even more important is their love for animals, who are very welcome and pampered. My dog ​​even found a wonderful friend, RUDY, the owner's big dog. We highly recommend it and hope to return. Thank you, Hotel Aurora, for this wonderful experience ❤️

28/08/2025: I've been coming to Oleggio for a conference for many years now. I discovered this restaurant, and I have to say, I'm always amazed to think I'm eating one of the best pizzas I've ever had...in a Chinese restaurant. The staff are excellent, friendly, and the prices are fair. Highly recommended, if you're a fan of deep-dish pizza like me, ask for the double crust, 4-cheese, white pizza with spicy salami.

27/07/2025: I went to the restaurant for a party (as a guest). The food wasn't to my liking, not bad, but the quality was just about adequate. The tempura was very oily, the risotto extremely peppery, but the portions were generous. The small room we were in was a bit run-down.

02/09/2025: This is an authentic Asian restaurant on Via Larga. The food is outstanding; the spiciness is just right and the ingredients are high quality. Rating 4/5, the only downside is the parking 👍🏻👍🏽

27/05/2025: I have been working in the same street for 9 years and for all this time this restaurant has been a point of reference for the quality of the dishes, the research and respect for tradition, the correctness of the prices, the genuine and spontaneous friendliness of all the staff! Learning of the closure of this point of reference for Chinese cuisine present for over 30 years is immensely sad and makes you reflect on the too harsh and almost absurd law of the real estate market in Florence, which favors businesses that close every 12 months rather than loyal tenants. Good luck to all the staff and the owner Massimo with the hope that this change brings more beautiful news! I hope to see you soon!!

24/05/2025: We really enjoyed our meals here! The curry and noodles was a first for us but quite good, the chicken fried rice had a good mix of veggies and egg, the sweet and sour chicken was light and crisp and the pineapple sauce was great, not cloyingly sweet and dyed red as it generally is in the US. The beef and broccoli was flavorful and beautifully cooked. We had a big group and shared the dishes, ended up ordering a few more bc the portions were appropriate for 1 serving and not the huge, too much serving as is the case at home. Not expensive. Try it!

25/07/2025: The place is neat and clean, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the wait times (from ordering to delivery) have also improved. On weekends, it's best to book. AIC certified for gluten-free options.

07/06/2025: Lions at the entrance, imperial. low and fixed prices, excellent for a Chinese dinner in the most Chinese city in Italy. The place has all the bitters in the world. Too bad for the fortune cookie that destroyed my life though, like a Pandora's box.

07/08/2025: Fast service, even for home delivery. The soy noodles are excellent, as are the baozi. The pineapple chicken, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms are a bit too delicate.

Here you'll find delicate and well-presented dishes with simple but refined flavors. A perfect service without long waits, accompanied by kind and welcoming staff. A perfect wine list to pair with the dishes chosen. We recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant and relaxing evening. See you next time!!!!!
