11/11/2025: I ate here for the first time with some friends for dinner, and we all had a great time. We chose the €19 menu (in my case, I asked to replace the meat ravioli with vegetable ones, and they were able to do so). The menu includes shrimp crostini, which were a lovely discovery. Next up are four ravioli, a generous portion of udon with vegetables, and finally salt and pepper shrimp sautéed with onions and peppers. Everything was delicious. The service was fast.

03/12/2025: I left satisfied with every dish, I was very satisfied, I'll try it and return. The flavor bomb was, above all, the ravioli stuffed with broth.
23/11/2025: Great experience, the ramen was excellent. Easy parking. The place is hard to spot from the outside (it's on the first floor). The interior has a thoughtful design, and the ability to see into the kitchen (there are transparent windows) is trustworthy. The staff is very friendly and polite.

I live nearby and have dined at the restaurant, but I've noticed that takeout is also very good.
08/12/2025: I forgot the name of the dish, but the marinated duck and the coconut-milk broth were extremely delicious, and the mango sticky rice came in a really generous portion.

17/12/2025: Can't express how good the experience was at IYO. My partner and I were visiting Milan and saw the reviews and knew we had to go.
Everything about IYO is masterfully curated and crafted from the layout, menu, and staff. Every bite was exceptional and had so much flavor and variety. If you ever want to open a location in the United States, please do it in Massachusetts, so I can visit daily. 10/10

11/11/2025: It's a contemporary restaurant that has little in common with traditional Chinese restaurants. The quality of the ingredients and the technical expertise justify the price, and the cost ratio compared to a Chinese restaurant is 2:1 (so €50 per person versus €25). Anyone who says it's expensive doesn't know what they're talking about. The service for new customers could be improved.
09/11/2025: First time at this restaurant, recommended by acquaintances, and it won't be the last. Excellent and beautifully presented food. Attentive service, but room for improvement. The owner apologized for the lack of staff on Sundays, explaining that she struggles to find staff willing to work on Sundays. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-maintained. The bill may seem expensive, but it's absolutely commensurate with the quality of the ingredients used in the kitchen. Definitely worth returning to try other dishes.

Ghoan is one of the best, indeed the best Asian restaurant I've ever encountered.
Let's not be fooled by the super location, but rather focus on the facts.
The flavors and quality of the products, in my opinion, make Ghoan a restaurant worth visiting!!!!

01/10/2025: The three of us went for hot pot and ordered a tomato hot pot and an old hen and chestnut hot pot. Both were good. Two dishes disappointed me. One was the fresh tofu, which was not fresh and sour. It was brushed in the old hen hot pot, so it's not the soup's fault. The crispy pork was half flour and no meat. Every time I picked up a piece, half of it would be left. The meat was good, but the frozen tofu was very small.
29/09/2025: If you don't make a reservation, you'll be limited to one hour, so you'll be eating very quickly and won't be able to enjoy the meal slowly. However, the service was excellent, the glutinous rice cakes were really delicious, and the quality of the meat was also excellent. However, I was a little shocked to see that the Scontrino hot pot cost 25€.

04/10/2025: Decent ramen, quality in line with the price (which remains fair). It's not the best ramen I've tried, but not the worst either: an average experience. The place is small but cute and welcoming, although the staff seemed a bit cold. Overall, nothing exceptional, but it's still a good option if you're in the area.
04/10/2025: It’s hard to find a good ramen place in Bologna where pasta is the norm, but this is a hidden gem worth trying. I went there at least once a month during my stay in town for 9 months. Nagoya Ramen (€12) is my go-to menu. It’s not like traditional tonkotsu ramen but the ground pork, veggies, and the spicy flavor work great together. Friendly service, but you should ask for a fortune cookie at the cashier because they don’t display it!

The homemade dumplings are excellent, as are the other dishes.
