26/07/2024: This restaurant turned out to be a great find. My family and I came here to have lunch, and contrary to what one may expect, this restaurant serves authentic Chinese Cuisine. We ordered quite a few dishes. We ordered the Gongpao Chicken, two plates of veggies, mapo tofu, crispy duck, as well as a stir fried beef horfun. All the dishes were great, and are very well modified to suit the slightly saltier diets of Italians. However, on reqeust, dishes can be made to fit different tastes. Very reasonably priced, and was a great find! Wide selection of dishes to suit most peoples taste. Would recommend if you enjoy Chinese food!

20/08/2024: A Chinese restaurant that “scratches the itch” and gets the job done. The food was generally good - wasn’t entirely sold on the cashews and raisins in the fried rice but it was fine. Kon xin cai was also passable, and the Xiao long bao were pretty good (definitely helps that it was handmade!). Would recommend if you are finding a quick and late-night Chinese meal with friends :)

17/08/2024: It was long enough ago that I forget the exact dishes we ordered, but my friend and I split a few noodle dishes. These noodles are FRESH. You can see the chefs making them and they are so so delicious. Not Italian food, but if you are visiting Florence, it’s a must try!

07/08/2024: Always pleasant to go to dinner at the China Town restaurant. The most classic of classics...and historic Chinese restaurant in Forlì. The nice and helpful management leads to it being one of the first choices of this type of restaurant in the city. Quick in service. Classic menu. We spent a happy evening with friends and children. 4 stars because the furniture has been the same for 20 years, but that's okay 🤣. Advised

Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione con abbinamento vini: è stata una scelta vincente che ci ha soddisfatto in pieno. I piatti sono particolari, buoni e ben presentati, i vini si sono abbinati alla perfezione esaltando il gusto delle pietanze. Il servizio ottimo, cordiale e preciso. La location è spaziosa ed elegante. Il prezzo è in linea con quanto descritto, non è certo il classico ristorante cinese economico. Vale quanto speso. Complimenti!

02/07/2024: Fresh sushi!! Good price quality.

15/06/2024: Mediocre food, modest setting and quite hasty service. It is not clear from the menu what type of cuisine is offered, there are some Chinese dishes, some Thai ones and some sushi. We took the delicate ravioli which seemed undercooked, good spring rolls, decent steamed ravioli with sea bass. The pakchoi wasn't particularly good as was the miso soup. The sushi was disappointing, even the roll which was among the chef's suggestions. Dishes in general not very tasty and some doubts about the quality. Prices too high for the service offered.

17/07/2024: We expected a more authentic and decisive flavour, fairly small portions compared to the proposed price. We took pork chops with peanuts, the chops had little flavor and you couldn't even taste the peanuts much... they are only 6 pieces, not even big and with little meat, for €11. We then got the fish in spicy broth, after almost 40 minutes of waiting (we were warned when ordering) we were a little disappointed, the flavor is average, the fish is very fresh, it should be sea bass, but for €20 I don't think it's worth it, given that the portion is really small compared to the average: even if it is served on a large plate, it has very little content... we get up to pay, they DO NOT want us to pay by card, despite all the (non-Chinese) customers paying by card... Chinese discriminated against by Chinese! I don't think we will return.
