05/10/2025: We can now consider ourselves loyal customers, given the number of times we've dined at this osteria. Amole combines excellent quality and preparation of the products with a welcoming atmosphere and kind, attentive service. Many small touches make guests feel not just like customers but part of the place itself. It's difficult to recommend any dishes (but the fried chicken is a MUST try!): I'd suggest browsing through the many options, always paying attention to the spiciness of the dishes. In this sense, it's always helpful to ask the wait staff for advice. The quality/price ratio is more than fair, which, in Bologna, is a rarity these days.

19/10/2025: Truly excellent dishes... friendly and fast service, and with each welcome and farewell, there's always a complimentary drink on the house. It's a natural progression to return.

15/10/2025: More than a Chinese restaurant, it's a true slice of China with authentic and genuine flavors. I had soy noodles with shrimp and mushrooms with Chinese bamboo shoots: everything was excellent! The noodles were among the best I've ever had; you could taste that every dish was prepared with care. The service was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

25/09/2025: I've been there several times, and every time it's even better, friendly staff, fair prices, had to book because it's always full.

01/10/2025: The three of us went for hot pot and ordered a tomato hot pot and an old hen and chestnut hot pot. Both were good. Two dishes disappointed me. One was the fresh tofu, which was not fresh and sour. It was brushed in the old hen hot pot, so it's not the soup's fault. The crispy pork was half flour and no meat. Every time I picked up a piece, half of it would be left. The meat was good, but the frozen tofu was very small.

29/09/2025: If you don't make a reservation, you'll be limited to one hour, so you'll be eating very quickly and won't be able to enjoy the meal slowly. However, the service was excellent, the glutinous rice cakes were really delicious, and the quality of the meat was also excellent. However, I was a little shocked to see that the Scontrino hot pot cost 25€.

05/09/2025: I ate here two days in a row while staying in Venice Mestre. Everything was delicious, but I thought the fried rice was especially good. It's in an area that seems to have a lot of Chinese customers, so there seem to be a lot of customers from early in the evening, and they also serve Korean food. I was very satisfied with both the food and the service.

The ambiance is elegant and stylish, yet pleasantly warm. The staff is professional and welcoming. An outstanding dining experience in Milan.

Whether you go with a new acquaintance, friends, or loved ones... a little pricey, but worth it in my opinion. A kind of mini-treat.

04/10/2025: It’s hard to find a good ramen place in Bologna where pasta is the norm, but this is a hidden gem worth trying. I went there at least once a month during my stay in town for 9 months. Nagoya Ramen (€12) is my go-to menu. It’s not like traditional tonkotsu ramen but the ground pork, veggies, and the spicy flavor work great together. Friendly service, but you should ask for a fortune cookie at the cashier because they don’t display it!

17/10/2025: I returned to Sushi King after a long time away, and I must say the experience was completely different from the past. The restaurant has improved significantly and now offers a decidedly higher standard. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, and well-kept, and the staff is very courteous and cheerful, which contributes to a relaxed atmosphere. The presentation of the dishes has also become a real strength: each course is served on elegant ceramic plates, and the visual appeal is meticulously crafted, with pleasing colors and shapes that entice you to try them. The portions are generous, and the nigiri are a satisfying size. I also really appreciated the choice of serving some rolls in four pieces, a clever formula that allows you to enjoy a wider variety of dishes without feeling heavy. The miso soup, served in a beautiful ceramic bowl with a matching spoon, was another very positive note. The only thing that didn't entirely convince me was the spicy sauce used in the spicy rolls: the flavor is rather bland and lacks the liveliness one would expect from a spicy dish. A touch of Tabasco would be enough to give it more depth and character, creating a perfect balance between acidity and heat, transforming a good dish into a truly memorable one. An important detail to note is that the price of the all-you-can-eat menu (€17.90 on weekends) includes a cover charge, something far from obvious and worth appreciating. Overall, Sushi King is now a pleasant and well-run restaurant, where you eat well and leave satisfied. It's definitely a place I'll gladly return to.
