01/11/2025: It's a shame we can't give it 10 stars. A unique location, stellar cuisine, and above all, so many kind souls who have created a piece of heaven on earth.
14/10/2025: I didn't like the practically mandatory "aperitivo in cantina" tax upon arrival, costing 40 euros for two people. And then the restaurant was hosting a wedding, so our four-course menu lasted four hours. That's practically one course per hour. It was endless.

01/03/2026: Availability and service worked perfectly, the dishes were delicious, even in the seasoning. I had a meat lunch and the sliced steak was delicious both in flavour and in the cooking. I will definitely go back, it will be a point of reference, highly recommended.

03/03/2026: For an organised event, all paid for by the company, I receive a guest, for a platter of cured meats, 4 slices, a ricotta and a buffalo mozzarella with a first course without coffee, dessert etc. etc., without a price list and the possibility of choosing 40 euros
09/01/2026: Four days at the Ariston Hotel from December 39th to January 2nd with the Vagero group of Viareggio. The hotel was extraordinary, with a huge, tastefully furnished room, impeccable cleanliness, excellent staff, delicious food, and a glittering and captivating New Year's Eve party. Congratulations!
The only downside was that when I closed the curtains, the room faced a wall!

11/11/2025: Spectacular resort, beautifully landscaped grounds, and immaculately maintained indoor and outdoor spaces. The rooms are spacious and always clean. The restaurant is equally good for both breakfast and dinner, though the selection at lunch was limited and poorly curated.
Overall, we had a great time.

15/10/2025: Fantastic. You can eat delicious meat here, perfectly prepared. The desserts are a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. The waiter, Giovanni, is super attentive and friendly. We'll be back for dinner.

Excellent hospitality, clean rooms, and a plentiful breakfast. All our friends were very satisfied.

11/12/2025: Hotel with recently renovated rooms featuring very large bathrooms. Hotel in a good location near the sea... we should highlight the kindness of the owner and staff who take care of the customers. Beautiful breakfast/dinner room and large outdoor terrace with tables. Definitely recommended both for the service, the new rooms and the excellent price.

The atmosphere is family-friendly, they offer traditional cuisine, and you can taste the attention to detail in the ingredients. We had pizza and fried food. Both were delicious. The pasta frittata was #1! The pizzas with seasonal ingredients also deserve praise!
