03/09/2024: Very well-kept location, impeccable welcome and top service... The guy who took care of us was young but really very well trained, professional and courteous... I had to compliment and get to know the chef because I think he is a real artist... .. Dishes beautiful to look at and even better on the palate .... Lots of technique, aesthetic taste and experimentation ... I ate with shivers, we will certainly be back very soon thanks for the pleasant "surprises" and for the sensorial experience ❤️

13/09/2024: Here the burgers are named after the 12 gods of Olympus (gods of the ancient Greeks) and the ingredients perfectly match their character!! The quality and quantity is quite good!!! The burger is so filling that maybe 2 people can try it! I would recommend it!

04/11/2024: Three weeks ago, my wife and I celebrated at this most incredible of venues. 'Perfect' has been used to describe the reception our guests received - with many stating that this was the most magical and wondrous wedding that they had ever been to - and will ever attend. Everything about Le Trabe is phenomenal - the Michelin-starred foods; the service, the people - simply the most wonderful place that we could have chosen. My wife and I met at a summer festival in the paradisal village of Trentinara, in the mountains above the venue. Our mutual friend and genius, Domenico Monaco (a local celebrity) was amongst our witnesses as we celebrated in the what I feel is the best place on Earth: Cilento. My wife stems from another nearby village, Altavilla, and for this reason, we were determined to wed in the heartlands of where our hearts were destined to be joined. Rafaelle, Simone, Federica, Concetta - and another of Trentinara's finest, Angela; Cristian - everybody, at every level at this beautiful venue went above and beyond to give us the day that my sensationally amazing wife deserved. Earnestly, I cannot give any prospective guests better advice than to book in here: whether for dining in the achingly desirable restaurant or to enjoy your own special day; Le Trabe will remain in your hearts forever.

26/10/2024: If for the most beautiful day of your life you are looking for a location that makes you feel at home, well you are in the right place OLEANDRI RESORT. Hospitality, kindness, humility and professionalism are the main cornerstones of the staff and managers. We got married on September 19th and that day was as we imagined it for us thanks to the professionalism of Erica and Angela who took care of our wedding down to the smallest details, paying great attention and fulfilling our every request. Buffet all done on the spot and in front of everyone's eyes and cake cutting by the pool, welcoming guests and attention towards those who were intolerant by preparing the same dishes for them with different ingredients (including me who was the groom) and I must say that everyone they were happy and satisfied with the service. The always kind and smiling maitre was always at our side ready to satisfy our requests. Our wedding was really how we imagined it and we are really happy to have chosen this location. Thank you all for making our day a fairy tale that we will remember and tell with pleasure. See you soon Emilio and Valeria

11/12/2024: We visited Paestum in December 2024. We were looking for a place to eat, but many restaurant were shut. I found this restaurant on Google Maps that has high rating. It wasn’t busy at all during winter. We were greeted by a waiter who speaks excellent English. It was a warm sunny day we were sitting outdoor. We ordered meat platter, Caprese, burger meat, ravioli, and handmade pasta with fresh tomato sauce. The ravioli was stuffed with cheese, the texture of the ravioli was nice and soft. the cheese wasn’t so strong that it went very well with the tomato sauce. The cherry tomato in the cup present was mixed very well with the olive oil and some herbs. Everything tasted really good and ambience was very chill and relaxing. For a family of three, including soft drinks and table surface I think we paid around €55. Such a nice meal after walking around the ruins.

06/12/2024: Eating with a look at the Temples is truly suggestive, if the dishes are tasty and of the local tradition and with excellent raw materials even better, good choice of wines, moreover the shop is equipped with many good Cilento products that can be also buy. Compliments Excellent value for money

13/12/2024: Excellent experience, the pizza is delicious with a light and refined dough, excellent choice of raw materials and combination of products. The fried foods offered are also absolutely worth trying. I highly recommend visiting this pizzeria

17/12/2024: Thanks to Antonello and his staff We were on vacation in the area and very quickly this restaurant became a must. They gave us a very warm welcome even though we spoke little Italian. Authentic Italian cuisine. Everything is fresh and homemade. What good memories.

22/10/2024: Il ristorante è ubicato all’interno di una bellissima ed elegante struttura alberghiera, che purtroppo non ci ha consentito di pernottare in quanto fossimo accompagnati da una piccola cagnolina di meno di 2kg.. Fortunatamente entrata al ristorante. (nel suo trasportino) Una serata molto particolare, una cena che desideravamo da tempo. Abbiamo optato per una degustazione MY SIGNATURE, composta da 9 portate a dir poco deliziose. Tra le portate in primis senza dubbio, le Eliche cacio e pepe con ricci di mare. Mia moglie ha preferito un Risotto alla robiola di bufala, alloro, fave di cacao, fichi bianchi del Cilento e melograno. Cottura perfetta per il Piccione con salsa di fegato grasso d’oca, carpaccio di fichi bianchi e alici di menaica. Queste le portate che ci hanno particolarmente entusiasmato, ma devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto. Per finire il Soufflé al cioccolato con gelato ai fichi secchi, salsa al cioccolato e liquore di finger lime. Struttura molto curata, personale altamente qualificato e cortese. Complimenti a chi rende tutto questo perfetto.

12/09/2024: ¿Por dónde puedo empezar? Este restaurante absolutamente mejor que he tenido en muchos años. No, no, esto es en serio muy profesional y muy sabroso. Muy generoso y muy delicioso. Muy caro :) . Gran servicio platos increíbles.
