11/01/2025: Non è la prima volta che ci andiamo. La pizza è sempre buonissima ed i ragazzi super gentili. Se devo fare un appunto questa volta lo faccio ai dolci. Non buoni come le altre volte. Per il resto tutto ok.

03/09/2024: Very well-kept location, impeccable welcome and top service... The guy who took care of us was young but really very well trained, professional and courteous... I had to compliment and get to know the chef because I think he is a real artist... .. Dishes beautiful to look at and even better on the palate .... Lots of technique, aesthetic taste and experimentation ... I ate with shivers, we will certainly be back very soon thanks for the pleasant "surprises" and for the sensorial experience ❤️

04/11/2024: Three weeks ago, my wife and I celebrated at this most incredible of venues. 'Perfect' has been used to describe the reception our guests received - with many stating that this was the most magical and wondrous wedding that they had ever been to - and will ever attend. Everything about Le Trabe is phenomenal - the Michelin-starred foods; the service, the people - simply the most wonderful place that we could have chosen. My wife and I met at a summer festival in the paradisal village of Trentinara, in the mountains above the venue. Our mutual friend and genius, Domenico Monaco (a local celebrity) was amongst our witnesses as we celebrated in the what I feel is the best place on Earth: Cilento. My wife stems from another nearby village, Altavilla, and for this reason, we were determined to wed in the heartlands of where our hearts were destined to be joined. Rafaelle, Simone, Federica, Concetta - and another of Trentinara's finest, Angela; Cristian - everybody, at every level at this beautiful venue went above and beyond to give us the day that my sensationally amazing wife deserved. Earnestly, I cannot give any prospective guests better advice than to book in here: whether for dining in the achingly desirable restaurant or to enjoy your own special day; Le Trabe will remain in your hearts forever.

06/01/2025: Può migliorare,tra i 3/4 locali migliori a Capaccio/Paestum pranzo in famiglia domenica,locale sulla strada,senza parcheggio ma facile trovare posto, ,antipato misto mare con 4 portate, (abbondante €.30,00) primi ben fatti e secondo spigola,con piccola defaillance,domenicale,proposto dal cameriere e da noi ordinata spigola al sale, dice 2,5 kg,e'arrivato senza farlo mai vedere intero,sfilettato nei piatti probabilmente era stato cotto al forno,nessun granello di sabbia e condimento tipico di pesce al forno, grande cantina e prezzi decisamente troppo alti, per bellezza locale,servizio con poco personale (piatti vuoti sul tavolo per oltre un'ora), buona esperienza se si è disponibili a spendere tanto!

09/12/2024: Espectacular comida de mariscos desde aplicaciones hasta platos principales. Todos los platos deliciosos preparados. El plato de mariscos fritos era genial, el filete de atún era impresionante. Gran vino y un guitarrista cantante local que tenía todo el restaurante cantando.

02/02/2025: Historic restaurant in Pestum. Elegant and spacious location, with a beautiful external veranda. Typical local dishes prepared with quality raw materials. Excellent and fast service. We tasted buffalo mozzarella with tomato frisella, fried food, spaghetti with clams, artichoke meatballs, and to finish on a sweet note, pistachio and chocolate semifreddo and puff pastry with buffalo ricotta and dried fig jam. All very good. Advised

30/01/2025: The dishes are good nothing to say. I don't give 5 stars because even if I am a supporter of "you pay for quality", I consider the prices a little high for what it offers overall. Taken: Ravioli with buffalo ricotta with red datterini tomatoes, Amberjack with asparagus and yellow datterini tomatoes, Chicken leg with broccoli, and Polpino.

05/01/2025: A pizza on Sunday for lunch of remarkable quality, the staff of a unique friendliness, the tables outside are in front of the basilica of Paestum and give a very suggestive image. The vegetarian pizzas are also excellent and varied (which are not limited to just the 4 usual flavours). Highly recommended.

13/01/2025: Era tanto che mancavo,devo dire mi sono trovato bene,il di solito andavo di sera per una pizza,ci ritornerò molto volentieri

22/10/2024: Il ristorante è ubicato all’interno di una bellissima ed elegante struttura alberghiera, che purtroppo non ci ha consentito di pernottare in quanto fossimo accompagnati da una piccola cagnolina di meno di 2kg.. Fortunatamente entrata al ristorante. (nel suo trasportino) Una serata molto particolare, una cena che desideravamo da tempo. Abbiamo optato per una degustazione MY SIGNATURE, composta da 9 portate a dir poco deliziose. Tra le portate in primis senza dubbio, le Eliche cacio e pepe con ricci di mare. Mia moglie ha preferito un Risotto alla robiola di bufala, alloro, fave di cacao, fichi bianchi del Cilento e melograno. Cottura perfetta per il Piccione con salsa di fegato grasso d’oca, carpaccio di fichi bianchi e alici di menaica. Queste le portate che ci hanno particolarmente entusiasmato, ma devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto. Per finire il Soufflé al cioccolato con gelato ai fichi secchi, salsa al cioccolato e liquore di finger lime. Struttura molto curata, personale altamente qualificato e cortese. Complimenti a chi rende tutto questo perfetto.

12/09/2024: ¿Por dónde puedo empezar? Este restaurante absolutamente mejor que he tenido en muchos años. No, no, esto es en serio muy profesional y muy sabroso. Muy generoso y muy delicioso. Muy caro :) . Gran servicio platos increíbles.
