11/09/2025: It's hard to find a better pizza in Battipaglia. Light dough, superb ingredients, courteous and helpful staff, excellent draft beer (and that's no given). And, crucially, they respect the Battipaglia pizza tradition, which is soft and shallow. So, here you won't find air-infused crusts, "gummy" dough, or chewy, bubblegum-like textures, which are now popular everywhere, even in our country, where we imitate the pseudo-Neapolitan pizza.

18/09/2025: I went to this place for the first time with my girlfriend. I'd heard about "Monti la pizza fritta" and followed it on social media, but I'd never had the chance to try it. The place is located in the center of Battipaglia; you can park a few hundred meters away and walk. It's always a good idea to book on weekends to ensure a seat. This place has a very original look; as soon as you enter, it feels like you've stepped back in time, with a spectacular, meticulously designed setting. It makes a truly evocative impact, accompanied by delicious Neapolitan background music. We tried quite a few things: the frittatina, fries, fried pizza, bruschetta, and finally the fried dessert, all washed down with good beer. The menu is truly spoiled for choice. After ordering, you're given a light that sounds as soon as your order is ready. We sat down, and after just 10 minutes, our order was ready! Spectacular, fast service. Everything was delicious, and I didn't suffer from any stomach upset or acid reflux. I'm happy with this experience, and I'll definitely be spending more evenings there with friends. 03/01/2026: We stopped on the way back from Rome to have a sandwich and then we bought various products from the dairy. Everything was really good, the bites were excellent, but nothing to say about the other products. The only flaw was the staff, the ladies who served were a bit rude and had little sales skills, and this made me a bit disappointed... Otherwise, everything was good, even the sandwiches were top-notch.

22/02/2026: Amazing pizza. I'm not a fan of Neapolitan pizza, but their dough made me change my mind. The place is very cute with a metropolitan feel. The pizza chefs work in full view. The staff is young and friendly. I also found the Forst beer selection to be spot on. Pizza and a medium beer are €15. Really competitive with this quality!

14/09/2025: The exceptional kindness of the team: Saverio, Marianna, Fabiola, Mina, Bruno, Giuseppe, Antonio, and the others... They are all lovely and incredibly kind. The meals were delicious. A huge THANK YOU to everyone. The hotel is located on a magnificent beach with breathtaking sunsets. However, the comfort of the room could be improved: the quality of the bedding (mattress and pillows), and the bathroom is tiny: a small shower with a curtain and a very small sink.

The place is well-kept and clean, with excellent accessibility for mothers with children and those with disabilities. Smiles and courtesy were displayed from the moment we arrived at reception, to the rich and sweet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our little dog received cuddles and petting. Thank you to everyone, from Fabiola to Saverio, Nicoletta, and everyone else who welcomed us, whose names I can't remember.
