10/12/2024: We were there for a graduation party, therefore fixed menu and "big group". The dishes were good, substantial and well presented. A few slips on the serve, even if minor. A little water on the diners from the wine basket. All in all a very pleasant experience, friendly and helpful staff as well as a welcoming atmosphere. We ate a fish starter and cured meats and cheeses, all very good, even considering that we were a large table. Then continued with a first course of fish, nice and substantial, the pasta with clams and a second course of fried fish are recommended. I haven't seen the menu, but from what they have presented there is a wide choice and good quality. Advised

04/12/2024: We ate very well. Fresh products and generous portions. Prices are average for many restaurants that offer fish-based menus. The restaurant is about 10 minutes from the center of Vico Equense and there is free parking.

23/08/2024: Location caratteristica, luminosa con una fantastica vista. Quando arrivi sei accolto dai colori e profumi dei loro prodotti, dalla grigia ardente, da personale cordiale. Avevo sempre provato la pizza in precedenti occasioni ma devo dire che, il pranzo è stato ben sopra le aspettative. Pasti semplici ma gustosi, la carne alla griglia buonissima, immancabili le loro chips di patate. Prezzo più che adeguato. Consigliato per occasioni di convivialità con amici e familiari.

07/10/2024: Good people, great food. We loved this restaurant is as authentic as it gets. We had tagliatelle with seafood and porcini mushrooms and provola. Very good. Very honest price. And limoncello made by them. What else can one ask? Thank you

02/09/2024: I stayed with my wife for 2 nights and I must say we had a great time! Place, staff, service, welcome, everything was really excellent, we had dinner there and I must say that it was really excellent, I highly recommend choosing HOTEL MARY.

20/10/2024: The review is for the restaurant, we did not use the beach services as our visit dates back to the last day of the season. So partial exculpation on some things that didn't go over the top. Availability and courtesy both on the phone for booking, in the morning, and also as a welcome for our little dog. A bee landed on two out of three plates at our table, in the presence of the waiter, and the plates were changed without batting an eyelid. However, a spectacular view (photos attached) is not enough to justify prices of a starred restaurant, in the absence of starred quality. Fish dishes with very little fish, a lot of "research", but very little substance. The sommelière, penalized by a cellar reduced to the bone at the end of the season, presented us with almost excessive enthusiasm a couple of wines and, once we had chosen the Vesuvian one (for a question of coherence with the place), she abandoned us so as not to pour not even a drop anymore. The same goes for water. Things that I wouldn't notice if the price of the experience had been proportionate, but which I am forced to underline in this case. It must be reiterated that the view enjoyed of Vesuvius and the entire southern part of the Gulf of Naples is indeed worthy, but it is not enough.

07/10/2024: Posto bello e naturale tra giardini e terreni...panoramico e tranquillo. Ottimo pranzo con piatti gustosi e molto abbondanti...gentilezza e disponibilità. Da consigliare.

17/08/2024: Una experiencia maravillosa. En Vico Equense se encuentra casi en todas partes comida genuina. Il casale del mirto es una de las mejores comidas aquí. Ven a disfrutar de un chef notable con 5 estrellas Michelin. ¡Papas fritas de corteza y un excelente ragù di cortile (con pato + gansos + salchicha de cerdo y carne de ternera)! Comida con favores del pasado de la típica cocina casera. Gracias a Paolo y su personal por esta experiencia. Ven a disfrutar también de la zeppola con higos frescos.

28/09/2024: Small, simple and spartan place, where you can enjoy excellent pizza at an excellent quality-price ratio. The local wine is worth tasting and absolutely not to be missed is the pizza with Nutella at the end (well yes!, I'm the first to have always considered it an abomination but you taste it first and then express your opinion..... You are welcomed with friendliness and helpfulness, you eat an excellent pizza and you are surprised at how much you paid, what more could you ask for. Not to be missed.

30/11/2024: Disappointing experience, at least as regards the fried food and pizza. Chips soggy, tasteless, and definitely not freshly prepared. Warm and greasy mozzarella in carrozza. Arancino rather mushy and tasteless. The croquettes are acceptable. All fried however with an oil probably used several times. As for the pizza, it first arrived dry, burnt, and politely returned to the sender. The one served later was certainly no better. You could see that the ingredients were of low quality. Rustic atmosphere, fairly popular prices, service a little too chaotic.

08/11/2024: We had pizza and parmigiana, and honestly, it was the best pizza of our entire week in Italy. The ingredients were of excellent quality and everything was very tasty. Additionally, the service was impeccable. The good energy of the team was evident, a very familiar atmosphere that made the experience even more pleasant. The waiter was a genius, always running from table to table with a super positive attitude and willing to help. The prices are also very affordable, making it a great option to enjoy good food without spending too much. Totally recommended!

30/10/2024: I live in Naples and reels of this place always appear on Instagram. Not being able to physically go there, I ordered the mini nougats. What can I say... delicious and the right size! The only flaw is the shipping: from Vico to Naples I waited a week, so if you are in a hurry, order a few days before. For the rest really recommended!

01/05/2024: Locale scoperto grazie ad amici poiché più in periferia rispetto al centro. Il posto è tranquillo e semplice ma ha una varietà di panini; tutti molto buoni e rosticceria fatta da loro, ottima. Il crocche, il timballo e la polpetta di melanzane sono i miei preferiti ma ottimi anche la mozzarella e l’arancino. La parmigiana sa dei sapori di una volta! Esperienza da ripetere e prezzi anche troppo bassi per il livello di bontà!

17/12/2024: Dough completely different from the typical Neapolitan pizza, it has its own softness, I love it. The service is also well managed, the flaw is the place itself, "cold", even and especially at Christmas, decorations almost non-existent and unwatchable
