25/08/2024: A step above most restaurants in Sorrento, a place that truly cares about quality. We enjoyed great food in all courses and the service was efficient and friendly. They handled my celiac allergy to gluten perfectly too. Allergens are clear on the menu and they can provide GF pasta. My only complaint was that it was very hot in the restaurant. But there you go, summer in Sorrento!

24/08/2024: Great ambiance, staff was wonderful. Antonio our server was so sweet and even gave us recommendations for after dinner. Very authentic experience, incredible wine and the staff really knows their stuff. Probably the best cannoli I’ve ever had, honorable mention for the truffle dish. My dad had the ragu and he loved it. Nothing but good things to say! (Also, it’s cool inside if you’re super hot and need respite, just give it a minute).

30/08/2024: Amazing Gelato place! Such a happy and friendly place! Amazing Gelato, my favourite being Crema Amalfitana. Highly recommend if you’re in Sorrento! We will be back for sure

25/08/2024: Ancient ice cream shop in the alleys of Sorrento, (not visible at first glance), but with a little attention you enter a slightly dated place, but at the same time in the tradition of Sorrento ice cream and granita. The lemon sorbet and limoncello flavored ice cream is excellent, but if you choose lemon instead of the cone it has an extra touch. In addition to the ice cream, we returned several times for the kindness of the staff and especially Michele. Compliments! I recommend stopping by for a refreshing break!

22/08/2024: On holiday at the "il faro" hotel we had dinner twice in this restaurant where we felt pampered and treated with kid gloves in true Sorrento spirit. Compliments to the kitchen and the staff, and in particular to Mr Michele, a true gentleman and innkeeper such as can no longer be found. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

31/08/2024: The food is excellent - exemplary technically and with a lot of imagination. It is chiefly seafood, but there are alternatives if some of your group don't like seafood - and whilst it is expensive it is fairly priced and there are cheaper options if you're watching the purse strings. The service is brilliant and the staff are charming and funny and lovely. If you're around the Marina Grande you should definitely give this a visit.

30/08/2024: Excellent restaurant located in the splendid setting of the Marina Grande in Sorrento, on a walkway extending into the sea. The food is exquisite, the dishes are refined but at the same time with generous portions (try the delicious risotto!), the service is excellent with great kindness and friendliness from all the staff. Highly recommended!

02/09/2024: Wonderful hotel overlooking the sea in the heart of Sorrento. We decided to organize our wedding in this fairytale location. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the welcome, the service and above all the quality of the food thanks to the mastery of Chef Raffaele Coppola. 5 stars are not enough to describe the fairy tale they made us live.

01/09/2024: It had been a dream since she was a girl...coming home during school I would pass there, next to Bellevue I would look out there in that small white window overlooking the wonderful terrace of Bellevue and I was simply dreaming... dreamed of since I was little I told myself and repeated to myself one day I will get married there...so it was on 10 July 2024 I fulfilled my dream, exceeding every type of expectation, that dream I had as a girl became a wonderful reality...it was the day best of my life. I never doubted the professionalism I would encounter. We write this review to thank all the staff at Bellevue, for the professionalism, kindness and attention they have always given us. I would first of all like to thank Mariamatilde, a very sweet professional, ready to satisfy our every request, always smiling and courteous, ditto Angelo, both with a humility of absurd soul. Mariamatilde was present at every moment during the wedding day, making sure that everything proceeded smoothly, but not only on the day of the wedding, but also in the days preceding it, she always appeared available and attentive. A special thank you also to the Chefs who were exceptional, following us from the choice of menus to the day of the rehearsal, giving us lots and lots of advice, scrupulously attentive, they followed us step by step, satisfying our every request, also honoring us with a greeting on the day of the wedding, thank you Chef Raffaele and Ivan you were wonderful. A last but not least thank you to the maître Nando who didn't leave us for a moment asking us if we needed anything, remaining by our side all day and after the ceremony we chatted, pleasantly comparing ourselves with him, a great person as well as a great professional in the sector . The waiters are always smiling, kind and courteous. We couldn't ask for anything more, everything was as we had dreamed, in fact much better, everything exceeded expectations. Not to mention the suite where we slept on our wedding night without words, breakfast in the morning in the room was something to take your breath away. Bellevue is a simply dreamlike place, with terraces overlooking the sea and a breathtaking sunset. The attention to detail, from design to construction, was impeccable thanks to Mariamatilde and Angelo. A dream come true. We will carry this day forever in our hearts like most of the exceptional staff at Bellevue. We are grateful for all the work done and absolutely recommend it to all newlyweds. 29/07/2024: Absolutely amazing!!!! As a vegan eater I wanted to try something new and after seeing a family suggest Momo Kitchen on a vegan FB page that I’m on I came out. They suggested run not walk and BABY I'm glad I did. I had the Vegan Manchurian Momo dumplings and tried the Butter Curry w/rice! Both were 🔥🔥🔥. Kamud answered my many questions and gave me suggestions on what to try! He was SPOT ON! I sat and ate, called friends bragging about the food and ordered more to take home. I’ll definitely be back!!!!!!

27/07/2024: This was our first visit to Momo and it was excellent. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The young man at the counter was very friendly and helpful when we’re trying to decide what to order. The food was delicious. You could tell that it was made with fresh ingredients and cooked properly. We will definitely be back!

02/09/2024: I came because of the many good reviews and was unfortunately more than disappointed. I was brought my drinks: Aperol spritz was very weak.. I wanted sparkling water with it, what I got was "naturale", they didn't have water with more sparkling...mind you, there is a supermarket directly opposite.. I also got a bag of bread put on the table...without butter or anything... Others received chips and nuts with their drink. But probably the most disappointing thing was the “risotto” we ordered from the Daily Specials(!)... When I wanted to change the water, I noticed that the frozen packaging of a quick meal had just been opened: my "risotto". I would have liked to have gone there! It wasn't until I got back to the seat that I noticed the writing on the card: "frozen, if fresh not available". It's a daily recommendation and consists only of rice and mushrooms..What's not to have?! When it came, it was as expected: tasteless and loveless. There was some parsley and cheese thrown on top, but it was absolutely tasteless. And then they charge €13 for that?! Especially in Italy I expect a fresh risotte with a taste experience.. Absolute tourist trap!

21/08/2024: Terrazza mozzafiato sulla costiera sorrentina, servizio attento e mai invadente, piatti curatissimi, qualitativamente eccelsi, sapori bilanciati, particolari e quantità giuste per non andare via con la fame (come spesso accade nei ristoranti stellati). 330€ non sono poche per una cena per due persone (3 portate a testa ed una bottiglia di bianco da 60€) pero’…. Giustificatissimi!!! Non è un ristorante “da tutte le sere” ma per un’occasione speciale difficile trovare di meglio! CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Piu’ che una cena… un’esperienza! P.s. La carta degli Oli… la ciliegina sulla torta!!!

15/08/2024: First off this hotel is nothing short of a a sorrento dream the views are so serene and tranquil. The whole hotel was so accomodating. Sasha and his assistant were prompt and impecccable with suggestions and dinning with 3 kiddos at a Michelin star restaurant: Lorelei. " you must experience the free hand option. Its an experience you cant explain without embarking on thay journey & trusting the cheft! It was a fantastic experience for us and the kids! The best of our stay truly was the inclusive breakfast my girls felt like royalty. Aside from great value & extensuve options Valentina, Eldna & Alessia were more than great service they were so kind and attentive! Amazing service from them three every morning! It was a delightful stay! 10/10 suggest Lorelei Londres! For many more reasons i could not list! Book them!

23/08/2024: This was one of our favorite restaurants that we visited in Italy, so much so that we went twice during our time in Sorrento. There are different seating options; we ate outside in their alley and in their dining room. My partner enjoyed the lemon pasta and I loved the risotto and the spaghetti with meatballs. The lemon dessert is very good as well. The prices are reasonable and the service was great. Highly recommend!
