01/02/2026: We are three friends who, for different reasons, only get together once every two weeks. We are self-confessed carnivores and for years have frequented grill restaurants, restaurants, and pubs where meat, accompanied by good wine or beer, takes center stage. Braceria Bifulco has always been a point of reference for us: consistent quality, a yardstick by which to evaluate other establishments ("Will it live up to Bifulco?"). Unfortunately, after our last experience, this is no longer true. SERVICE As soon as we sat down at the table, after a few minutes the waiter urged us to order, conveying a constant sense of rush throughout the evening, inconsistent with the quality and prices of the offerings. Furthermore, it was not possible to request different cooking methods for the meat: a surprising limitation for a grill restaurant of this caliber. In many similar establishments, this problem is solved with simple solutions (different cooking methods in the kitchen or the classic lava stone at the table), but here no alternative was offered, leaving us rather perplexed. A similar problem arose with cuts: given a menu offering various cuts, we were offered a single option, a minimum of one kilo of meat, with no written indication. FOOD The meat remained top-notch, as did the wine selection and dessert, which lived up to the restaurant's reputation. The side dishes, however, were decidedly disappointing: low quality and inconsistent with the setting, especially considering the price, which we found excessive for what was offered. ATMOSPHERE The overall atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, contributing to an experience that lacked the sense of excellence that had always characterized the restaurant in the past. The section of the table near the glass was not insulated, thus transferring the cold inside, while the section toward the center of the room was covered by the stove, thus overheating, creating a significant temperature difference at the same table. The meat, wine, and desserts were excellent, but the service, side dishes, and atmosphere no longer lived up to the name. The quality/price ratio is not justified by the overall experience. A real shame for a place that, for us, has always been a certainty.

31/01/2026: Everything was exceptional, but a special mention goes to the "fake" tuna. The service and atmosphere were excellent. The only thing that could be improved were the side dishes, which could be more elaborate and less "classic."

17/10/2025: I celebrated my graduation thesis here and I must say that I really liked the location, the vast wine menu and the excellent fried food ☺️ I would definitely go back

07/10/2025: Top experience! The yogurt was delicious and the selection of flavors is truly vast. But what struck me most was the kindness of the staff, the very friendly people! They really make me want to come back; sometimes even just a little kindness and friendliness makes the evening perfect.

21/08/2025: Wide selection of yogurts, crepes, and other delicacies. Various options for celiacs and lactose intolerants. The food quality is good, so lines can sometimes be a bit long, so it's best to choose off-peak hours.

18/09/2025: This pub is really beautiful, neat, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. But they really need to improve on the food... the fried food is very greasy, the sandwiches are good overall, but the burger is small and dry, with little flavor. Ample parking outside.
