02/08/2025: Era la prima volta che, con mia moglie, venivamo in questo ristorante. Davvero una piacevolissima sorpresa tra gusti e abbinamenti alla luce di una tradizione rivisitata. Ottimi gli antipasti, i primi e il dessert (solo perché abbiamo saltato il secondo). In ogni caso, lasciatevi guidare dalla gentilezza e la competenza di Luigi e Anna e dall’ottima cucina dello chef Vincenzo ( con l’aiuto omonimo). Da ritornarci quanto prima 😍

01/08/2025: Ho festeggiato al Rudere la comunione di mio figlio, cosa dire.... tutto alla perfezione, la sala curata nei minimi particolari sia internamente che esternamente. Parliamo dell cucina....gli antipasti preparati con dedizione e serviti con cura spiegando a tutti i tavoli perfettamente quello che stavano mangiando....7-8 portate di antipasti che sembravano una lunga e dolce sinfonia per il nostro palato, poi passiamo ai due primi, genovese di mare e pacchero con la ricciola uno spettacolo signori.....pasta cotta al punto giusto e un'armonia di sapori che non ha paragoni. Come secondo una frittura del golfo buonissima e fritta perfettamente senza residui di olio....per finire un'ottima torta il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo greco di tufo e champagne con annessa sciabolata.... grazie ancora Luigi hai reso quel giorno indimenticabile a tutta la nostra famiglia che ancora oggi a distanza di 2 mesi ne parla ancora. Continuate così.,.., amore, passione, attaccamento alla terra di origine e al lavoro sono gli ingredienti giusti per il successo. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

12/08/2025: Hi, I've been a customer of this pizzeria for a couple of years, and as a true Neapolitan, I can honestly say it's the best in Pozzuoli. The place is small and artistically decorated. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. Top-notch, I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

09/08/2025: Perfect pizza, great service. The pizzeria has a great atmosphere, you get an appetizer upon entering and a small dessert after the meal. The staff was very nice and helpful. Although they don't speak English, you can communicate well.

02/08/2025: This pizzeria needs no introduction or review. Easy parking, first and foremost, and the staff were all very courteous and friendly. Reservations were respected on time. Wide selection of appetizers and tasty fried foods. All the pizzas we ordered were top notch. We'll definitely be back.

31/07/2025: On Saturday nights, they try to rush to make as many pizzas as possible, and on Saturday, July 26th, my wife and I were eating pizza. First, it was served to my wife, and then 10 minutes later to me. Second, the pizza wasn't cooked inside or underneath, while it was burnt on top... I ordered a rusticana, and none of the ingredients were supposed to be there: two small pieces of sausage, two potatoes that weren't even baked but boiled, and a little mozzarella. So much so that part of the pizza was just pizza dough. Shameful.

09/08/2025: We were very pleasantly received at 7:30 p.m. The staff were very professional and welcoming. The meal was excellent, hot, and of great taste. A typical restaurant that you absolutely must discover.

09/08/2025: I'm giving it 5 stars because I can't give it 10. Set in an old trattoria, it's beautiful and offers delicious typical Neapolitan food. It was so good that I was in tears. One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. After finishing, they offered us three different shots, made by a local farmer. We were served by a young man who made the effort to speak as much Spanish as possible to help us at all times. Simply perfect service. He also helped us with places we wanted to go next. It's a good thing I live far from the restaurant, because I'd go bankrupt eating there every day if I could. It's impossible to do better!!!

22/07/2025: I celebrated my graduation here, and I couldn't have asked for a better celebration. MariaGrazia was super kind and attentive to every request I made. From the very first meeting, she listened to my requests and offered advice to ensure everything was perfect... and it was! In addition to her professionalism, it's also worth mentioning the entire staff at the villa: super kind, thoughtful, and attentive! I will definitely return to this location!

03/06/2025: A small and wonderful Certosa We celebrated the communion of our beloved granddaughter Fiorella in this splendid structure with an ancient charm, which is exactly what we were looking for and what struck us the most. The atmosphere is truly suggestive and welcoming. The staff was exceptional: the constant presence of the maître, the waiters and even the owners made the entire service impeccable and very attentive. We really felt looked after and pampered at every moment. The food? Simply delicious and special. You can clearly perceive the care in the choice of products, all of the highest quality and very refined. Thanks also to the beautiful sunny day, we were able to enjoy and appreciate the garden made available to us for the ceremony, all in the open air and in perfect harmony with the nature of the place. I highly recommend this structure to those who want an elegant but at the same time welcoming place, where every detail is taken care of with passion.

From the moment I walked into Hosteria La Tradizione, I felt warmly welcomed—with a glass of Prosecco and a perfectly crisp pacchero fritto as an aperitivo. A great start that only hinted at what was to come. Gennaro, the host, is a true gem—extremely knowledgeable about wines from every corner of the world and passionate about pairing them thoughtfully with each dish. I started with an exceptional beef tartare, followed by a beautifully cooked steak served on pietra lavica (lava stone), which added both flavor and flair to the experience. The evening ended on a high note with a unique and memorable dessert: blue cheese infused with dark chocolate, paired masterfully with a Falanghina passito. An unexpected and delightful combination. Special thanks to Chef Giovanni and Giusy for their creativity and attention to detail. Every element of the meal had a personal touch that made it feel special. 13/07/2025: A bit disappointed, the food was quite good, but there were very few Venus clams in the spaghetti vongole; you could literally count them. My spaghetti frut die mare had only one type of fish and it was still raw. The garden was very pleasant, but overall it was too expensive for what you get. Note that the photo menu with prices is from six years ago, and the prices are much higher!

03/08/2025: Visit on August 2, 2025 – Event: Wedding Ceremony I already knew the venue, a historic building with a long tradition, now reborn as White Chillout Principote. The view from the street doesn't do justice to the beauty of the interior, which was a true surprise: every detail, from the floors to the ceilings, reflects a refined yet never overbearing aesthetic, a perfect balance between elegance and lightness. This philosophy was consistently reflected in the food offerings: from the starters to the cake, each dish was prepared with quality ingredients and presented with passion, in a culinary journey that clearly demonstrated the kitchen team's vision. The service was impeccable: punctual, attentive, and well-coordinated, allowing us to enjoy the dishes simultaneously, without long waits. Special praise goes to waiter Andrea, who accompanied us throughout the dinner with care and expertise, carefully explaining each dish and conveying his love for his work and the cuisine he represents. The discussion with the owner about one of the dishes was also very enjoyable: he demonstrated a keen listening ear and a willingness to listen, humbly accepting my comment on the scrocchiarella. Finally, a special mention goes to the transfer service, worthy of a Formula 1 team :-D Recommended for ceremonies, romantic dinners, and high-end tastings.

The Genovese was very good, the wine was bad (Aglianico), the orecchiette were clearly reheated, the service was quite attentive and very kind. I am attaching a photo of the bones to avoid being labeled as a fake review. Nice cuts of meat, but perhaps too attached to that workhorse and unprepared for other requests. If you go with the idea of ​​eating ONLY meat, it is the perfect place. Otherwise there is something else.

29/06/2025: Little respect for animals, alive or dead The restaurant may have a certain reputation, but the experience was deeply disappointing, especially for those who care about respect for animals. Dogs - even if well-behaved and calm - are subjected to very strict rules, including the absurd prohibition of drinking water. A rigid and inexplicable behavior, which makes the owners feel unwelcome and judged. But what really leaves a bitter taste in the mouth is the underlying hypocrisy: while live animals are denied even a bowl of water, the walls are proudly displayed with stuffed heads of animals killed for "decorum". A grotesque and disturbing scene, which reveals a total lack of sensitivity. A place like this can also boast excellent cuisine (warm heart cake excluded), but without a minimum of empathy towards every form of life, the taste of the experience remains very bitter. NEVER AGAIN!!!
