04/04/2026: Very well-kept and beautifully decorated, as soon as you arrive, your attention is captured by the undisputed stars of the evening: the restaurant's cats! These very friendly kitties are fun to play with and use the gadgets available around the place!
The menu is varied and full of vegetarian and vegan options, and you can enjoy excellent drinks!
We thank Valentina again for her attention, welcome, and hospitality, and also for being a wonderful person, a pleasure to chat with and who takes care of her cats with love!

02/04/2026: A very nice café with delicious hot chocolate and coffee. The cakes and tiramisu are also great. But the best thing is the five cats. You hardly get a chance to eat or drink because they constantly want to sit on your castle... 😅
There are also lots of board games if you're in the mood.
The service is very nice and friendly.
A real recommendation if you like any of the things mentioned above (or several 😆).

17/02/2026: I chose this place by chance, having missed Portici for several years. We were a group of 10 and enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients and the variety of dishes, as well as the excellent value. We ordered 10 different dishes and ate together.
The wine list was excellent, and the fish was very fresh.
The desserts were delicious. The price was fair for the dishes and the ingredients. It's fair to have micro-filtered water and charge a reasonable price.
A restaurant I will definitely choose next time I return to my hometown.
The owner was friendly, professional, and polite.
I spent three days in my hometown, and three nights I dined out with friends, and of all three places I visited, this one ranks high.

But if you're looking for fresh, high-quality food prepared to order at reasonable prices, then you're in the right place.
All wines are carefully selected.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

16/03/2026: Last night I went to get 2 ice creams with 4 flavors, gianduia and black cherry, the other Amalfi and a mix of walnuts, figs etc. and both were delicious, the Amalfi one with lemons was delicious I would eat 4 more
16/03/2026: Delicious gelato with a wide selection of flavors. They offer a wide variety of fruit, chocolate, Nutella, and many more sophisticated and unique flavors, such as Strega Liqueur. I highly recommend a visit for a refreshing and delicious treat!

Chef Giuseppe offers a reinterpretation of typical Neapolitan dishes without straying from the original translation, but with a very successful innovative touch. The wine list is excellently selected, and Mariano's service is both warm and professional. If you're in Portici or nearby, I highly recommend going for an exclusive culinary experience.

Invited to dinner by friends who had booked a few days earlier, I felt embarrassed from the beginning (of cosmic nothingness) to the end (of infinite nothingness).... Having booked, as above, they even asked about the menu!?!???
There was nothing on the menu! We only got to try a bruschetta each, some seaweed zeppole (the frozen supermarket kind), and fried anchovies, which there's no point in commenting on... no dessert, no coffee, and nothing else...
24/03/2026: We stopped here for lunch on a Sunday and found the atmosphere informal and welcoming. Traditional menu with some interesting twists.
Excellent food, exceptional service.
Highly recommended 😋

16/10/2025: I took a pizza making class. The chef was so friendly & made everyone feel welcome. I loved the hands on experience. Rolling out the dough is not easy. It was fun to add the ingredients (sauce, bay leaves, cheese and olive oil) to the dough. My pizza was placed in the oven and it came out so tasty & crisp. Later, we were served a variety of pizzas along with wines. I thoroughly enjoyed the class!

04/04/2026: Located near the church of the same name and just outside the Portici-Ercolano train station, this bar is a must-try for excellent coffee, though the must-try is the fried pizza: tasty, succulent, and delicious, unlike anything else... The place is charming and well-kept.
Massimo is an institution: he welcomes you with that smile that makes you feel right at home. The staff is also courteous and attentive to their customers' needs.

23/01/2026: Good pizza, but then again, Salvatore is a long-time pizza chef. It's a shame not to see innovation after so many years, and it almost feels like there's no enthusiasm left. There are lesser-quality pizzas, enhanced by different ingredients, and innovation even in the location. Standing still and not innovating is sometimes a limitation.
