31/08/2025: I'd say it's a typical restaurant where you can also eat pizza, and I've been going there with my family for many years! I'd like to point out that some waiters should understand that large tables often take longer to organize their orders, which can waste a bit of time! The waiter's helpfulness and courtesy contribute to the definition of a "good restaurant." If helpfulness and courtesy aren't there, customers are disappointed, in general, and regulars especially. 12/10/2025: Had a great lunch here. Avocado toast was good, and ample for lunch. My wife had the tuna salad. Followed up with great cake/ cheesecake and coffee. Outstanding service and quick to serve once they had your order.

22/08/2025: We went last night (August 21, 2025) for dinner at this charming location, consisting of a very bucolic and characteristic restaurant side (tables on cobblestones) and a bar side (surrounded by greenery and with deckchairs and armchairs). Having made this brief description, let's move on to dinner: I've read some negative reviews about how you get next to nothing for €30... Well, that could be the case in theory, but I'll list a few aspects that, in my opinion, characterize this "winning" formula: 1. You don't order à la carte, but there are three menus available (€30, €30, and €40). 2. There's no cover charge. 3. There's no water charge. 4. There's no wine charge. 5. There's also dessert on the menu. 6. Very pleasant atmosphere. We opted for a skewered meat menu and an eight-course menu. There are no extra charges on the bill (such as service, cover charge, etc.). Conclusion: We'll be back and we'll recommend this place. P.S. We also had limoncello, but I don't know if it was included... Thank you.

12/10/2025: I've known this place for many years. Whenever I passed through Ercolano, I'd happily stop in for a coffee and chat with the parents of the current owners, the new generation of children who took over the place. The renovated place is now not just a bar, but also a restaurant! Frequented by locals, you'll find a working-class atmosphere, but also great courtesy and helpfulness. The pastries, croissants, and brioches are delicious. If you happen to be short on cash that day, here's an idea: they'll serve you coffee and half a brioche, a super popular price! The bar also provides breakfast, even to B&Bs in the surrounding area!

20/06/2025: We have been going to Pizzeria Reginella for years, and it is one of those places where you always want to return because you know you can never go wrong. The pizza is light, cooked to perfection and made with really quality ingredients - you can immediately feel that there is attention and passion in every detail. The service is also always impeccable: kindness, courtesy and a nice family atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Inside there are a few tables where you can eat in peace, perfect for a simple evening with friends. For us it is a point of reference in Ercolano. If you have not tried it yet, we recommend it without a doubt!

13/09/2025: So…let’s start. First thing first, theу knew that we are in organised tourists group and we don’t have the unlimited time to spend there. The menu they brought us was a flying piece of thin paper, full of wrinkles and wholes here and there (the restaurant known to be fancy and stuff), second of all, when we just asked what the “catch of the day” fish is, the only thing the waiter said was “it’s a seabass, perfect for two”, he did not explain to us that it takes so mich time to prepare the fish, or saying how big exactly the fish was(because of that it depends how much you are gonna pay, and maybe it’s easy money from tourists). We’ve waited a long time, all of the others from our group had their dishes finished, when we were still waiting. Anyway, here comes the fish(5 mins past the time of meeting with our tour guide, of course) great presentation, huge fish, still don’t have a clue how big it is actually, the waiter “clean” and serve the fish in our plates but left so many of the meat and the skin(we love the skin) on the main plate and took it away without asking if we wanted it or not, they took our bread as well(we haven’t had finished it) and for a dessert i found few big fish bones in my mouth while i was chewing. To sum up, we ate around 300g of meat from a 1.1kg fish and payed 95€. One of the most stressful and unpleasant experiences we had here. Also the toilets-trashy af. Ask for everything you want to order at least TWICE, because ause otherwise they’ll give you the most expensive options.

08/07/2025: Friendly welcome. Quick order. The fritto misto was unfortunately too greasy and some of the fish was a bit gummy. The maccheroni al ragù napoletano (pasta with tomato sauce and sausage) was excellent. Ideal location for visiting the ruins of Ercolano. Fair prices. Difficult to park nearby. Luckily we were on foot.
