23/02/2026: Good morning, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff, a wide selection of products, a quiet place to enjoy a coffee or something else, it also has a covered outdoor area where you can sit relaxing at the tables for an aperitif, you can also find various types of desserts depending on the holidays.

25/01/2026: Terrible, high prices for poor quality, cold products, and when I asked for them to be reheated, the staff was very rude. All the waiters were rude and unfriendly. The cashier was inattentive. The tables and bathrooms were dirty.

26/11/2025: Went there with my family in 2022. We stopped for a pizza, and found this place. Staff was wonderful, fresh cheese delivery just came. Simple design (I don't mind it), best pizza I ever had. Dough was great, thin and airy, so flavoful. Perfect charr. Amazing fiori di latte, probably artisinal. Family style place!

07/11/2025: The staff was very friendly. However, the pizza was the worst I've ever eaten. The crust was partly burnt, yet still soft, and the toppings in the middle were swimming in liquid, which wasn't oil. Never again!!!

03/01/2026: In less than a month, we went from 9 to 9.50, and even seemed unhappy with the €10 a sandwich. Great way to lose a regular customer.

11/03/2026: Wonderful experience. I went with some friends and we had a great time. The staff was attentive and the selection of wines and craft beers was excellent, all carefully selected by the owner! My friend and I came here from Como, and the kindness of this place will remain in our hearts.

01/03/2026: I discovered this wine bar on social media, and from the photos, it looked welcoming and well-kept. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The atmosphere was quite surreal: the place was quiet, with no music playing, and the owner constantly staring at us from behind the counter, creating a truly uncomfortable atmosphere. It felt more like a "mystical" place than a wine bar where you can relax and enjoy an evening. We ordered a pinza, which was practically frozen, undercooked, and of questionable quality. The capocollo on top, moreover, still had the skin on it: a truly unpleasant thing to find on the plate and a sign of poor preparation. A decidedly negative experience in many ways. I wouldn't return even if they offered me a million euros. It would take very little—a little music, more attention to detail, and more customer service—to make the place more pleasant. As it is, unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

21/12/2025: Terrible experience. The location is run-down, the atmosphere is gloomy, and the cleanliness is extremely poor: from the bathrooms to the table service. There was a visible layer of dust under the placemats, a sign of total neglect. The decor is dated and outdated, lacking any charm. The food was disappointing: the dishes were excessively greasy and of poor quality. The bill also seemed unjustified for the quality, with prices significantly overpriced. Chaos and disorder reigned supreme. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant; there are many others that are truly worth it.

24/03/2026: Slow service, standard aperitivo food, nothing special. The location and the view make up for it!

28/03/2026: Located near the Herculaneum excavations, it's the only restaurant within easy reach of the parking lots and the entrance to the archaeological site. The only dining room is not accessible to wheelchairs or those with limited mobility, nor to strollers, as it's located on the terrace, accessible only by a narrow spiral staircase. The dining room overlooks the bus parking area. The prices are truly insane: €13 for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce or €10 or more for a hamburger made with practically supermarket products. Having arrived before 12, the wait was fortunately short. Although the young man was clearly putting in the effort, the organization wasn't the best; so much so, that when we simply asked for a plate of macaroni with tomato sauce, they brought us spaghetti with tomato sauce. I recommend making other arrangements where possible, even stopping at a nearby supermarket for something to eat.

20/03/2026: The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, and the service was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, and the pizza was delicious and inviting.

16/10/2025: There are places between the volcano and the sea... between fire and water where time seems suspended and it is in suspended time that we often "refresh" ourselves... Antico Ricupo is a place where, among food, good wine, professionalism and friendliness, you can spend a day far away and "suspended" from the hectic routine of everyday life... Ad Majora!
