30/12/2025: (I'm local) Unfortunately, this is not an experience I would recommend ever. The food was not fresh (the ravioli were soggy, broken, and served with a very watery sauce), and cleanliness was seriously lacking (dusty glasses and hands touching the dishes). The prices are very high for the quality offered. Almost 100€ for 1 anchioves, clearly not fresh fried, 2 ravioli, 1 water, half house wine. It did not feel like an authentic Caprese experience or Italian level. The owner was kind and the place itself is very nice, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end.

24/12/2025: A wonderful restaurant in Anacapri. The owner is simply wonderful.

30/04/2026: The location is truly ideal for enjoying the magnificent view. The problem is the food; the €15 Caprese salad, made with canned tuna and eggplant, and croutons of stale bread that weren't even cut, was not a good choice. Our children ordered tacos, a much better option!

29/01/2026: The atmosphere of this restaurant is lively when the streets are filled with people ordering from a window. Service was fast and the location of the restaurant is perfect after you get off the Monte Solaro Chair Lift. Great value for the money when you want a quick bite to eat. There was no wait time for us and the food was good!

24/11/2025: Had the "Panini Napoli" pictured below for 5.50 Euros.....was told it was cheese and meat, and it looked great. Aside from a few specs of meat which were all on the outside, it was all bread, colored and crafted just right to look exactly like melted cheese. Worst food scam I've ever seen.

13/05/2026: Good place with reasonable prices considering how expensive Capri is. Quick and efficient service and a nice atmosphere.

03/05/2026: The pizza dough was clearly frozen. They also charge €2 per person, even for a companion who only ordered a coffee. €12 for the limoncello cocktail is expensive, but that's typical for the rest of the island.

30/05/2026: This two Michelin Star restaurant did not live up to the hype. First- when booking, it was suggested I pay an additional €100 per person for a drinks and canapés experience, which we did. Upon arrival, no one knew about it. It was not until mid-way through the dinner that they apologized and offered the drinks/canapés another night. There was a pre-dinner drink cart, a bread cart, a tea cart, a post-dinner drink cart, so many carts moving around the restaurant and it was so distracting! Staff were putting down tray stands and picking them up every 30 seconds without much guidance. The service overall was great despite the chaos everywhere. We were stuffed after the meal. The food was decent either way the best being the tuna carpaccio and the pasta with shrimp- which made them famous. We did the Chefs tasting menu - La Recherche which was great. Overall, I liked it but it was not what I considered a Michellin Star restaurant did.

12/05/2026: Simply stunning!! Stunning restaurant, amazing food and incredible service, do not miss this experience if you are staying in Capri. It was a stunning experience from start to finish, absolutely Loved it!!!

28/09/2025: This was a great place to escape the hustle and bustle. However, the breakfasts were less than expected and what we found in the rest of Italy. Nonetheless, the nearby town had tons of character and certainly worth a visit.

15/09/2025: Bellavista Hotel is a very nice place. The views are beautiful a d authentic. The hotel has a charming mid-century atmosphere, with typical ceramic floors and tasteful furnishings — far more character than the average contemporary hotel. For the connoisseur, there’s a clear touch of Gio Ponti inspiration. Rooms are simple yet spacious, with a pleasant atmosphere and a hot tub. The staff is genuinely friendly — it truly feels like a family-run hotel where everyone is ready to help. For example, we asked about renting a boat, and within less than five minutes they had arranged a reservation for us, sparing us from the usual tourist traps. In the evening, you can enjoy a cocktail at sunset in an intimate setting — a perfect way to end the day. Breakfast could be a little more varied, as it feels somewhat basic, but the stunning view from your morning table more than compensates. The front garden is very nice, while the back garden could be a bit better maintained. Stay here if you want to be close to Anacapri’s center, enjoy an authentic family-style atmosphere with astonishing sea-view and avoid overpaying at 3 stars Capri hotels that offer little more in return.

13/05/2026: We arrived in early May on a Saturday at 2:00 PM by land. We waited 20 minutes. We got into a rowboat that cost 18 euros. The color inside the cave was amazing through the reflection of the sun. I believe that the experience is individual to each person according to the date, day and time that arrives.

11/05/2026: We visited the Blue Grotto on Capri as a group of five adults, looking forward to a special experience at one of Italy's most famous natural wonders. Unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing and unpleasant overall. From the very beginning, the boat operators were very pushy, impatient, and disrespectful. In our opinion, they didn't treat my elderly parents with the necessary courtesy and consideration. Furthermore, we were immediately told that a tip totaling €50.00 – €10.00 per person – was expected. This wasn't presented as a voluntary gesture, but rather as a clear expectation, creating an uncomfortable pressure situation. Such behavior can be very intimidating, especially for older or less confident visitors. We got the impression that tourists are systematically pressured to make additional payments. This is completely inappropriate for an internationally renowned and heavily visited place like the Blue Grotto. The actual visit to the grotto lasted only about three minutes. In comparison, the experience was very short and further marred by the behavior of the boat operators. It was particularly unpleasant that their tone became more aggressive and louder when the requested tip wasn't paid immediately. This made us feel not welcome, but rather harassed. The Blue Grotto itself is undoubtedly an impressive and beautiful place. It is all the more regrettable that the experience was so negatively impacted by a lack of professionalism, pressure tactics, and disrespectful behavior. In our opinion, the way visitors are treated there should be urgently reviewed. Tipping must remain voluntary and should not be demanded in a way that puts guests under pressure or intimidates them. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, we cannot recommend a visit.

10/06/2026: Great service, slightly off the main path. A very nice and casual experience, with delightfully cooked pizzas.

07/06/2026: The restaurant is nicely situated a little away from the tourist crowds, next to the church, and the staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly. The waiter recommended an appetizer platter of two kinds of mussels and calamari, which was an explosion of flavor! The prices are reasonable for Capri. It was a perfect end to our Capri trip.

08/10/2025: Really awful! The lasagna was tiny, even Lidl does better. The pickles were hard inside the lasagna. Highly not recommended 👎

20/12/2025: The staff was understanding and let us in late, but the prices are a bit high. A nice, quiet place above the hubbub of Anacapri's main tourist streets.

16/10/2025: Unfortunately the only negative experience of a wonderful weekend in Capri is Anacapri, the price/quality ratio was incorrect but above all the service was inattentive and the dishes arrived cold. When we pointed this out they acknowledged the mistake but did not take any action.
