10/06/2026: The setting is certainly evocative. This ground floor is entirely made of tuff, likely the storerooms of the noble palace.
The food, for what we ate, was certainly well-served, but average in quality.
The wait staff was friendly, at least the two who accompanied us last night.
10/06/2026: Beautiful experience, 50th birthday party of a very dear friend, divine food, excellent service and amazing setting, 17th century building... worth a try!

The beer selection is particularly extensive.
The owner, with whom I had the pleasure of chatting for a while, gave me the impression of a person who truly makes his work a passion.
I will gladly return.
02/02/2026: A very quaint place. The food isn't anything special, it's good and clichéd (not that that's a bad thing), but the pub shines with its extensive and good-quality beer selection. There are also several board games to play. It's a very quiet place, and I really enjoyed it. I'll definitely be back.

15/03/2026: Discovered purely by chance on Instagram, I booked with my eyes closed for the following day. Without any expectations, we found ourselves in a gem of a place, very charming and with attention to detail. The service was kind and attentive, and the dishes were truly delicious. Everything was delicious, with well-balanced flavors and quality ingredients. My only small complaint was the desserts, which were good but slightly less surprising than the rest of the menu. Overall, a place definitely worth a visit!

14/09/2025: Lunch at Peculiare was a truly sublime experience. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The dishes were exquisite and never boring. Compliments to the Chef and the Maître d', who made the experience perfect from start to finish. Aversa needed a place like this.

17/05/2026: The cakes may be delicious, but they often use unwanted ingredients, customizing the flavor in their own way, like adding chopped strawberries to the mix. What if I'm allergic? However, this is the lesser of two evils when considering the hair found in the cakes.
This was the icing on the cake that will never make me go back. I don't recommend it!!!

16/05/2026: Three of us went to this place and had three delicious burgers: the Japan Burger, the California Burger, and the Smash Burger.
For drinks, a Sprite and two beers.
The place is very cute, tidy, and welcoming.
Highly recommended.

19/04/2026: A large and renowned restaurant in the heart of Aversa. The family atmosphere is palpable, and loyal customers return eagerly for an excellent dinner or lunch. The restaurant boasts extensive cellars, which are only open to visitors on certain days of the week. The staff is extremely welcoming, and the service is prompt, whether you're looking for a pizza or a full meal.

19/04/2026: The friends who brought me there have always had a great time, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I trust them, even though we booked a table for 9:30 PM and the food arrived at 11 PM. Luckily, no one was in a rush, and it was a great opportunity to chat, even though our stomachs were protesting. The pizza didn't impress us either, but, according to friends, it was much better on other nights. The service was a bit patchy, with each dish arriving quite far apart, forcing us not to eat all at once. But it wasn't a bad experience. I'll return and, if necessary, I'll raise the stars. The staff is very polite and friendly, even serving us sparkling wine outside while we waited.

29/05/2026: We ordered three pizzas through the Glovo app, one of which was lactose-free. Needless to say, the three pizzas arrived, but there was no indication of which one was lactose-free. The result? My husband couldn't eat it. If you can't offer a service that requires specific attention, don't do it. I made 16 calls to the pizzeria, but no response for clarification.
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
I ate my pizza, since I'm not allergic to lactose, but it would have been better if I hadn't eaten it either.
The only good thing about these people is that my husband insisted on not going there, otherwise I would have brought it to them!
