28/09/2025: We had lunch at this place, and even though a table was snatched up for us because they claimed to have a reservation, the owners went out of their way to secure a spot for us. ❤️
Everything was great, and the food was excellent. Thanks for everything.
20/09/2025: This establishment is well-maintained, the food is decent, the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have free parking. However, it remains a facility in a small village hamlet that serves many religious tourists, so any individual evaluation could be purely subjective; this is simply a description.

28/08/2025: For me, born and raised in Varese, Ze' Peppa's bakery reminds me of my grandparents, originally from Caposele: their fennel seed taralli are fantastic; I practically grew up there. They're delicious and incredibly fragrant!

15/09/2025: We had lunch here. The fettuccine with ragù was good but the portions were quite small. The veal steak was really good and tender, as were the sausages. The escarole was simple but very tasty. The place was clean and tidy, and the service was very friendly and helpful. The price was quite good for the quality of the products and the selection, with simple, traditional flavors.
14/09/2025: Having fond memories of this trattoria, I wanted to share the regional specialties with friends from abroad. Unfortunately, we were all left with a bitter taste in our mouths. I found nothing of what I remembered and praised.

20/09/2025: The place is small and has parking problems. It can be reached by car from the sanctuary because it's too far to walk. Service is fairly quick considering the number of people present. The food is acceptable, but you have to accept what they've prepared (fixed-price menu - drinks not included).
08/09/2025: Eating at home without being at home.
Everything is excellent, and the €18 fixed menu is hard to find anywhere else these days. Local produce. The zucchini from their garden are superb, as are many of the other products they sell.
