We stumbled upon this place by chance without having booked. We had a great time, quality and courtesy. I recommend the starter of cold cuts and cheeses and the soups were really very good, even the first courses were excellent.

Nice restaurant... We tasted various dishes, from appetizers to a truss of first courses... The level considering the quality/price ratio is really high. Super recommended for a dinner in good company, excellent selection of background music and lighting that helps create the right atmosphere!

What can I say... a very pleasant discovery! Restaurant practically at the entrance to Caposele with a beautiful view of the sanctuary of San Gerardo and the entire valley. Cozy, bright restaurant, with spaces between the tables more than adequate to guarantee the right amount of privacy. Family and professional welcome, service and kindness are king. Menu with local specialties and - as far as I was able to order - with reinterpretations that do not distort its substance and tradition. The presentation of the dishes is excellent, as is the quality of the raw materials. Even though the restaurant was full, the waiting times between courses were more than adequate. Final bill that absolutely doesn't make you regret, on the contrary... I will certainly recommend it and return.

Sono stata diverse volte in questo ristorante, ambiente molto chic, piacevole davvero, cibo tutto sommato buono che vuole riprendere la tradizione ma con sapori molto delicati, una scelta condivisibile se non intaccasse la natura stessa dei piatti. Il Sangiuanniello ad esempio è un piatto ricco di sapori, che però a mio parere non vengono rispettati. Nulla da dire sulla pasta e ceci, anche se da lucana è un po' un offesa chiamare peperone crusco un peperone cotto. Nel complesso un bel posto, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. PS non so se anche questa è una scelta ma il menù mi è sembrato un po' scarno, non c'è una carta dei vini e non sono indicati contorni per accompagnare il secondo, forse è stato un mio errore non chiedere ma non volevo mettere in difficoltà lo staff, oltre al fatto che non ho trovato i soliti piatti e ciò credo leda la fedeltà tra il ristorante e il consumatore.

Negli ultimo tempi, ogni volta che veniamo quassù dal nostro amato San Gerardo, facciamo sempre tappa in questo ristorante, che si differenzia così marcatamente rispetto agli altri locali della zona. Cucina raffinata cosi' come il servizio. Provato le zuppe, una con ceci, guanciale, porcini, l' altra con fagioli all'occhio, patate e croccante di sedano: degni di in ristorante stellato! L' agnello allo scottadito è stato eccezionale. Che dire: torneremo presto
