29/06/2026: We were passing through Ariano Irpino, one of the very few places open on Mondays for lunch. We ate very well, and were even offered a welcome entree. The service was excellent and attentive, and there was plenty of water. The bill was very fair. We'll definitely be returning.

06/07/2026: We were invited by a friend for dinner to celebrate his birthday. It was a great experience. The food was well-prepared and beautifully plated, made with quality ingredients, and the wine was also very pleasant. Three guests had gluten and lactose intolerances, but it wasn't a problem because they prepared alternative dishes for them. We arrived late, so the dinner ended very late. I definitely honored the table, and the next day I was perfect, which means the ingredients and wine were top-notch. Well done, we'll be back.

13/03/2026: A beautiful place. A family affair. A very warm welcome, attentive service, and above all, the food is fantastic. Oh yes, and the son is a wonderful pianist and the daughter sings beautifully.

24/07/2026: The exterior of the building is lovely. However, upon arriving in the room, I found hair, fur, and traces of urine on the toilet seat that didn't belong to us! There was no refrigerator in the room, no chair to put clothes on, and no mirror in the bathroom. Regarding hygiene: the cleaning lady only came to make the bed, the trash wasn't emptied, and the room wasn't cleaned daily. The elevator wasn't always working, and we were the only guests in the building in the evenings, as no staff came unless there was an event. And to top it all off, they charged me an extra €50 because I was with my two dogs for special cleaning (which wasn't done!). The staff, however, were pleasant.

A wonderful location, elegant and meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail. The service was impeccable: the staff was professional, kind, and always discreet. The food was extraordinary, plentiful, and of the highest quality, garnering compliments from all our guests. Every moment was perfectly organized, allowing us to experience the day without a care in the world, savoring every emotion. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making our daughter's wedding a memory we will cherish forever. We recommend this splendid location to anyone who wants a perfect wedding. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You truly deserve the best!

07/06/2026: Family lunch—my wife, my son, and I. Service was a bit slow (too many people, too few waiters), but the staff was friendly and helpful from the start. We didn't order an appetizer, but I think it's worth a try. For the first course, we ordered paccheri with sausage and cherry tomatoes, which wasn't great for me. My son had orecchiette with tomato sauce, which was good. Unfortunately, the meat wasn't top-quality, too tough, and it smelled a bit stale. The mozzarella didn't make it. The place is cute and very quaint, but I'd make it more attractive with antique ornaments or utensils. It gave me the impression of an old inn. The outside was very shabby. Lots of potential, but underutilized.

16/02/2026: At Maeba, we spent a delightful evening trying the six-course tasting menu, which, although at the chef's discretion, took into account our preferences indicated at the time of booking. The experience was very positive, focusing on vegetables and "humble" yet surprisingly enhanced ingredients: pumpkin, fennel, carrot, artichoke, and mushrooms. All the dishes offered were original, enjoyable, and well-balanced. Special mention goes to the appetizer with fennel, almond fondue, and lemon and orange gel; to the main course, pork tenderloin with charred leek cream and fried artichoke; and, last but not least, the tartlet with Annurca apple, almond cream, and cinnamon. The setting is very characteristic, nestled in the countryside, inside a restored old olive oil mill. The service is characterized by the utmost attention to guests, who are truly pampered, given that the restaurant has only four tables. The owner/waiter immediately made us feel at ease, engaging in a pleasant conversation where we could share our opinions on each dish we tasted. Furthermore, the fact that each new dish was a surprise made the tasting experience more interesting and less predictable, especially since the surprises that followed were all original and very tasty. The price was absolutely fair considering the quality, variety, and length of the menu. Overall, a highly recommended experience that I would definitely like to repeat.

03/02/2026: Super fresh fish, but far from the sea. Sometimes it takes very little to find excellent quality seafood, without necessarily eating in a seaside location. This is the case at the Ddoie Aulive restaurant, which, by an oxymoron in its name, promises a meat-based menu, but in reality, seafood is the main focus. Located near the Martiri neighborhood, the location isn't overly spartan, but rather geared toward a classy atmosphere. The house appetizer is a riot of flavors: the shrimp peeled themselves, oysters, prawns, and excellent bruschetta with anchovies: all of the highest quality. Moving on to the first courses, ravioli stuffed with scallops and exceptional prawns. The only thing that didn't convince me was the sea bream, but that was my personal preference. The selection of vintage prosecco is also good. Highly recommended.
