The dishes are carefully prepared, full of flavor, and always accompanied by a bit of history, which I was pleasantly informed about with each service. There are many details, not trivial ones, that make a dinner truly enjoyable: fresh flowers on the table, well-made place settings, a pleasant background music. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

05/03/2026: We stayed at the B&B Agriturismo Tre Colli, and I can say without exaggeration that it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed right at home: a warm, familiar, and authentic atmosphere that is not so easy to find these days. The room was truly beautiful, with attention to detail, and the bathroom was innovative and modern, perfectly clean and comfortable. We also decided to have dinner there, and I must say it was a real discovery. We started with a platter of cured meats accompanied by homemade jams, as the waiter proudly told us: a treat that made everything even more special. For our first course, we had a typical pasta dish with provolone cheese and broccoli, truly flavorful and well-made, and for our second course, a pan-fried meat dish with potatoes and peppers, rich and delicious. After dinner, we chatted with the waiter, who I believe is also one of the owners: it was clear that this is a family-run place, where the hospitality is genuine. She also kindly offered us coffee and liquor, a gesture we greatly appreciated. The next morning, when we returned the keys, we ended our stay in the best possible way with a delicious homemade lemon tart, accompanied by excellent coffee. There's not much else to add: it's one of those places where you feel at home and leave longing to return. We'll definitely be back!

03/03/2026: Without taking anything away from the scenic beauty of the place, our weekend in early March 2026 truly turned out to be a fairytale, meeting the owners of Villa Tre Colli. This fabulous property is made even more unique by the kindness of Mrs. Nicolina, her son Luigi, her daughter Angela, and the rest of the family who work magnificently here. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent cuisine, and the authentic flavors of this beautiful place made our short vacation unforgettable. We will return to Villa Tre Colli and highly recommend it to everyone. Antonietta Righi.

16/02/2026: At Maeba, we spent a delightful evening trying the six-course tasting menu, which, although at the chef's discretion, took into account our preferences indicated at the time of booking. The experience was very positive, focusing on vegetables and "humble" yet surprisingly enhanced ingredients: pumpkin, fennel, carrot, artichoke, and mushrooms. All the dishes offered were original, enjoyable, and well-balanced. Special mention goes to the appetizer with fennel, almond fondue, and lemon and orange gel; to the main course, pork tenderloin with charred leek cream and fried artichoke; and, last but not least, the tartlet with Annurca apple, almond cream, and cinnamon. The setting is very characteristic, nestled in the countryside, inside a restored old olive oil mill. The service is characterized by the utmost attention to guests, who are truly pampered, given that the restaurant has only four tables. The owner/waiter immediately made us feel at ease, engaging in a pleasant conversation where we could share our opinions on each dish we tasted. Furthermore, the fact that each new dish was a surprise made the tasting experience more interesting and less predictable, especially since the surprises that followed were all original and very tasty. The price was absolutely fair considering the quality, variety, and length of the menu. Overall, a highly recommended experience that I would definitely like to repeat.

03/02/2026: Super fresh fish, but far from the sea. Sometimes it takes very little to find excellent quality seafood, without necessarily eating in a seaside location. This is the case at the Ddoie Aulive restaurant, which, by an oxymoron in its name, promises a meat-based menu, but in reality, seafood is the main focus. Located near the Martiri neighborhood, the location isn't overly spartan, but rather geared toward a classy atmosphere. The house appetizer is a riot of flavors: the shrimp peeled themselves, oysters, prawns, and excellent bruschetta with anchovies: all of the highest quality. Moving on to the first courses, ravioli stuffed with scallops and exceptional prawns. The only thing that didn't convince me was the sea bream, but that was my personal preference. The selection of vintage prosecco is also good. Highly recommended.

04/01/2026: Excellent food, unsatisfactory service because water bottles were always empty, food was delivered to the table and placed in places where there were no people, wine ordered but never arrived and above all the waiter with long hair was very gruff and unsuitable for the chosen environment.

15/12/2025: Excellent pub, clean, organized on multiple levels, with ample parking in front. Excellent service, friendly and professional waiter. Top-notch sandwiches, high-quality ingredients. They also offer the option of ordering almost all the sandwiches on the menu gluten-free, a quality that is evident here as well. The desserts and beers are also excellent. I would recommend adding desserts for gluten-free and lactose-free customers. The best in the area. Prices are a bit high.
