28/12/2023: It's definitely a big gamble to call a pizzeria like the Neapolitan city, also because the comparison is immediate. And in fact it is not even remotely comparable to Naples. The arancini, even the ones with Tropea onion, were all stale, simply tasteless. I don't think I've ever experienced such bland rice. We didn't even get close to the pizzas, since the frozen nature of the product was clear from the tables near ours. The only positive note, the potato croquettes, very sweet and tasty, even if I imagine those too are frozen (I'm waiting for a different response in this case). It's a shame, because the place in its smallness is really nice, as is the surrounding environment

29/12/2023: Very kind people, good food, but work needs to be done in organizing the dining room/kitchen. Two people sitting at lunch, you can't bring one starter while the other arrives after 15 minutes. I hope you resolve this problem which is fundamental because otherwise you will only work with passers-by

21/09/2023: Mi sono recato all’ammurrata per uno spritz,dopo averlo pagato alla cassa (€ 8,00) aspetto che la barista lo prepari al banco,fino a qui tutto bene,quando lo spritz è pronto mi accorgo subito della presenza di un moscerino in superfice,sul momento non ho detto nulla e l’ho tolto con il dito,mentre mi dirigevo al tavolo però ho notato in sospensione nella bevanda 3 moscerini,alchè torno al bancone per farmelo cambiare,faccio notare alla barista il problema è lei chiamandomi tesoro mi ricorda che deve piovere e che quindi i moscerini sono presenti nell’aria,e con superiorità si meraviglia del fatto che siano finiti nel mio drink,sul momento si rifiuta di farlo dicendomi che lei è solo una dipendente,chiedo di parlare con il titolare,e i due mettono su una scenetta pietosa increduli di ciò che io dicevo,il “capo” acconsente a rifarmi il drink nuovamente, dopodiché la barista mi dice di spostarmi dalla postazione dove prepara i cocktail e che me lo avrebbe fatto dopo aver servito i clienti in attesa,durante la preparazione del secondo drink faccio notare nuovamente la presenza di moscerini anche nel secondo bicchiere. lei constata che effettivamente c’erano dei moscerini, e inizia a cercare nella postazione l’origine di questi,trovata nella bottiglia di aperol aperta ,con sopra il beccuccio,che risultava piena di mosche. Si scusa e procede a fare un nuovo spritz. In conclusione poco professionali e anche maleducati,scenetta pietosa,facilmente risolvibile con delle scuse e un nuovo drink.

16/09/2023: Excellent restaurant, located a stone's throw from one of the best beaches in Tropea and with a fantastic view. The dishes are always prepared with fresh ingredients and with care, and the prices are more than justified given the location and the quality (which are normal). The waiting times are those of any restaurant, not eternal but you have to have a moment of patience if you want dishes prepared on the spot, but they are more than forgiven with the result. We went back twice and they surprised us every time. Highly recommended, and ignore the reviews from tourists who wouldn't recognize fresh fish if it jumped onto their plate.

23/09/2023: Ci fermiamo in questo locale dopo cena per un bicchiere di vino. Per educazione chiediamo alla cameriera dove possiamo accomodarci, lei senza nemmeno un accenno di sorriso ci indica i tavoli liberi in maniera sgarbata: “lì è libero, lì anche.. e lì pure” …della serie, siete stupidì ? Non li vedete da soli? Stessa piva con tutti i malcapitati clienti che arrivavano. Purtroppo lavorare a contatto con le persone non è per tutti, se devi essere così maleducata meglio che cambi mestiere. Alla faccia dell’ ospitalità del sud… Peccato

18/07/2023: Staff is incredibly rude, most of all the manager, who seems to just have an utter contempt for any customer who doesn't spend 1000€. Their pricing system is also borderline fraudulent, and you never end up paying what their menu would have you believe. Hoping that the free market causes this mess to go out of business.

17/07/2023: Never had such a bad shisha, there were 2 different flavors and my little brother could have designed a better drink menu. Cocktail mixed ready for show in the saker. Personally I wouldn't recommend it but the waiter tried hard but couldn't save it.

22/04/2024: Beware! I would give them no stars if I could. Prices not listed anywhere. I had a spade panini, a Coke Zero, he had one piece of pizza and a beer. Bill was €28! He liked his pizza but it wasn’t hot, the beer was €3 the coke €3. Ok my panini…..I wouldn’t feed it to my dog! Skin left on the fish; a long rubbery black thing. Dry dry dry. I could not swollen it. I asked for some Mayo or vinegar or something! She brought one little packet of oil and one of vinegar. It helped and gave it some flavor. Fish was very fishy smelling. It was gross. Lettuce old and brown and wilted. Absolutely, the worst I have ever had in all of Italy. My hands still smell fishy. You can see the curl of black skin I pulled off and the dead brown limp lettuce. Disgusting!! When I told the girl, she just just shrugged and walked away!
