16/02/2024: Hi, I went last Sunday to have lunch with my son and daughter-in-law. What can I say, a fabulous location immersed in quiet and with a wonderful view. Here I found very attentive and professional staff, very polite, the food was divine, in fact we asked for an encore of the raw meat. excellent variety of wines and finally some truly delicious desserts. Thanks to all the staff, see you again soon.. Highly recommended..

21/09/2023: This Restaurant and its food are truly amazing, the name does not do it justice, the food is way beyond Barbecue/Pizzeria ,all i can say it is so worth a visit ,you will not be disappointed, amazing food and the service is so warm and welcoming

14/03/2024: Era da parecchio tempo che non mi recavo in questa pizzeria storica di Crotone, mi sembra che ha cambiato gestione, Giovanni (non so se sia lui ora a gestirla) è gentile e disponibile, il locale è rinnovato ed molto raffinato, c’è una bella atmosfera. La pizza è buonissima, finalmente non una di quelle che ormai la maggior parte delle pizzerie Crotonesi cercano di imitare come quella napoletana (che manco la sanno fare , poi) con quei bordi a mo’ di canotto e che sembra più una gomma da masticare. Unica pecca , il coperto : 3 € a persona , per giunta con tovaglioli di carta, mi sembra esagerato.

25/02/2024: Today 25/2/2024 I had lunch in this restaurant... a shocking lunch, the most vomiting appetizer ever eaten... including an octopus with disgusting and vomiting tomato... a tray of cold, uncleaned mussels still with the rope, bad smell shell not scraped and clean, most of them empty and without seafood...never eaten like this...when I complained to the waiter...he replied that they were Spanish mussels...but it wasn't like that...a risotto pescatora cooked with cicada shells, sour tomato and with a bad smell.... it was a disappointing experience.. and I can say a lunch without exaggeration.."disgusting"....

25/02/2024: Very popular place in summer 2023, where in all honesty I had a great time. I returned on a Saturday evening in February and unfortunately I found everything different. I'll start with the service, the guys are polite and kind, the environment maintains its charm, but the food doesn't live up to all of this. Raw with tuna still frozen, very salty seafood linguine, wines that aren't there, you ask for spaghetti with sea urchins and it isn't there, a simple appetizer with marinated anchovies that taste like buckets and just the name of fish balls. 120km round trip and alas I didn't have dinner like you were used to in the summer. I hope for them it's just a coincidence because the service and place deserve so much.

05/01/2024: Posto anche carino, pizza buona, servizio pessimo, ordiniamo due pizze , mentre il cameriere sta per portare le pizze una pizza cade a terra, quindi da rifare l altra pizza viene messa da parte, a quel punto comprendo il problema mi avvicino e chiedo che mi venga servita la pizza pronta, in maniera tale da gustarla calda, in attesa che l altra pizza venga rifatta, niente continuano a fare pulizie mentre la mia pizza giaceva sul bancone, attendo e niente, a questo.punto con grande disappunto faccio notare al pizzaiolo l errore, mi dice che avrebbe rifatto entrambe le pizze ma dopo pochi secondi mi servono una pizza calda e una fredda. La cosa peggiore oltre ad essere ignorata la mia richiesta è stato al momento del conto neanche un cenno di scuse.

15/03/2024: Definitely enough bar. Too bad about the internal dimensions where it is almost impossible to have a coffee while sitting. The leavened products are beautiful, especially some specialties usually found in Sicily. However, the flavor does not go hand in hand with the aesthetics: the pistachio ibis I got had a hard crust soaked in oil, while the pistachio cream inside tasted terribly of amaretto and not much of pistachio. Prices are slightly higher than the Crotone average. A cappuccino is 1.50 euros and an ibis is 2.50 euros.

20/02/2024: Good gelato, but not amazing! The flavours are not really that strong- the coconut didn’t have a very strong coconut taste and the strawberry one was like defrosted strawberries and sugar.

23/08/2023: This place could deserve much more, I think the cause is the owner's choices rather than the "constantly changing staff", which makes me suspicious but it's none of my business, so this will have no bearing on the review. I often went just over a year ago, at the counter there were some more sociable and good-looking barmaids who knew how to work, then changed with apathetic bartenders and I stopped going there for a while because of that, a few months ago (6+ I think) some bartenders started working there a little better, like a nice guy in the afternoon, then he too disappeared, then she arrived a beautiful woman in the morning (forgive this judgment) but, the most important thing is that she knew how to work and welcome customers, having the right dialogue, always greeting them, this last thing, some other bartenders in the past didn't do, and it's the thing more important; Once she left I started to go less again. Others have happened, more or less good, now there is a good woman who says hello and also knows how to work, however, after the last time I had breakfast with something from the day before, I no longer go. Other flaws: we need to optimize the internal spaces. Positive aspects: the receipt I always received.
