02/01/2026: Unfortunately I expected better food, a truly disappointing New Year's Eve dinner.

28/12/2025: The waiter was inattentive. We asked for salt for the meat for 10 minutes. The drinks arrived very late. Out of 11 people, one ate while the others were having dessert.

28/12/2025: Nice and comfortable atmosphere, a wide variety of desserts and tables outside.... I asked a barista for a Moroccan coffee, but he didn't serve me a Moroccan coffee but a badly made macchiato. Then I asked for a cannolo and he didn't even bring me what I had asked for, so I opted for another dessert.... Anyway, I'm not from Crotone, I only tried a bar that I had heard was good, but honestly I was disappointed and if I were to return I would not go to this bar again.... Courtesy and kindness are lacking....

02/09/2025: I ordered ice cream in a brioche bun, both tasted fantastic. I ate it on the terrace, as a foreigner I didn't get water with it, the locals did. I visited the ice cream parlor three times, the service at the cash register and at the counter depends on the staff. The lady at the cash register is nice, the male colleague unfortunately not 🤨

13/08/2025: I just tasted one of their cakes as a guest at a birthday party. It was beautiful and beautifully detailed. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the taste. I asked the birthday boy and was told it was supposed to be a milk cream and Nutella flavor. Unfortunately, the Nutella was nonexistent. The taste was very sickening and nauseating. Almost all cream. The sponge cake, however, was excellent.

11/03/2026: Very friendly staff and tasty dishes. The owner, Pasquale, is a real gem. I often go there with friends.

18/10/2025: We were on vacation in Capo Rizzuto off-season, early October, a desert. Not knowing where to have dinner, we looked around, but everything was closed. We found this restaurant, and we had a good, large pizza, just the way I like it. The only downside was the waiter, who was enthralled by the game, didn't come to us. The place is large and very nice.

05/10/2025: The pizzas by the slice are good, as are the arancini and potato croquettes. The panzerotto, called a calzone, is special, similar to the fried one in Brindisi but sweeter. Overall, there's a good selection, it's a shame you can't find meatballs, which would be a great addition.

21/12/2025: Excellent!!! Wonderful for aperitifs and quick lunches. Definitely one of the best places in Le Castella. In the summer, the terrace offers a stunning view! Well done!

01/09/2025: It's a shame to have to confirm, in one place, both triumph and fall, good and evil. On the one hand, I can only praise what still lingers on the palate: the softness of the filled leavened pastry, enveloped in a delicate yet flavorful custard, vanished in a flash, a victim of my unstoppable greed. Nor can I remain silent about the almond pastry, which, though I'd never loved it, in this case won me over to the point of igniting a secret and unexpected love. But on the other hand, alas, not the taste but the tone. The attitude of the person manning the counter seemed to tell us that our very existence was a nuisance: few smiles, little cordiality, and that subtle aura of impatience that ill-suits those who live on diners and vacationers. Let me be clear: I'm not asking you to sacrifice quality on the altar of service: the art of baking is too precious. But at least the humble gesture of a smile, a kind word, the knowledge that here aren't just customers, but souls seeking refreshment and memories of the sea. And so, while the custard still dances in my memories, the bitter thought remains that here, sugar abounds in every dessert, but it's not enough to sweeten the soul of those behind the counter.

25/08/2025: They didn't let us in because we were in our swimsuits (the shop is 100 meters from the beach) and the lady at the entrance was particularly rude

27/08/2025: The food is beyond awful, we did the allyoucanit formula and honestly it's not worth the money paid, they bring you a lot of bread and chips so as to bloat you, the meat is poor and they only serve pork, I do not recommend this place at all

25/08/2025: Decent food, we "escaped" the heat! 3 air conditioners turned off! Evening ruined! When it could have been fixed with little effort, the staff instead said that since the grills were on, the air they were producing wasn't enough. A lie because they were at the lowest setting! Too bad, I would have gladly returned with my family.

17/08/2025: Good trattoria, prices a bit steep for the place. I'd spend €41 per person without dessert in Milan.

16/08/2025: TRATTORIA LUPEN!!!! I went with my wife tonight! We ordered a substitute first course consisting of paccheri with pistachio cream (it was definitely not from Bronte) and prawns! I was expecting fresh prawns, especially since the dish cost 20 euros, but alas, I found myself served frozen cocktail prawns! YOU ARE RUINING TOURISM IN CIRÒ! NEVER AGAIN!

01/11/2025: A place where the locals go. Then you know it's good. We've been coming here for years. Simple dishes but very tasty.

02/09/2025: Truly excellent, both the owner and the young man who works there are friendly and quite helpful. The pizza is truly excellent, both stuffed and Margherita. I recommend the 4 Formaggi, which is really good. The free cover charge is also nice and convenient, so you really get what you pay for. Recommended for both families and solo travelers. That said, I'll be back as soon as I can.

05/01/2026: We had 4 calzones, we were sick, probably fried with used oil

15/11/2025: Delicious and light calzone, without lard! Friendly staff, limited seating inside, but you can sit outside under the portico. Recommended 👍

14/12/2025: My 5 friends and I ate a hot dog, 3 of us including me now have diarrhea

22/12/2025: Excellent...one of the best in Crotone...always clean and friendly staff....

20/12/2025: I got 15 croissants at 5:00 in the morning, nice and hot... after they cooled down, they became like stone... I deduced that they were from the day before... I called the bar asking for an explanation and the lady who answered me didn't know what to say... Someone who is sure of his product defends it... You made me look bad and you too... P.S. I didn't ask for a refund or anything else and I don't want one.
